JW Marriott Mauritius Resort Bewertungen

JW Marriott Mauritius ist buchstäblich wie der Himmel auf Erden. Vom Service bis zum Essen war alles einwandfrei 👌! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier geliebt. Auch die Kinder hatten so viel zu tun. Wir haben das Resort nicht verlassen, um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Wir haben alles an diesem Ort genossen. Ich werde Hochzeitsreisenden wärmstens empfehlen, diesen Ort für ihre Flitterwochen in Betracht zu ziehen. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit hier! Sie überraschten mich auch mit einer Geburtstagsdekoration in meinem Zimmer. Auch der Butler-Service war wirklich toll. Der Buggy holt uns ab und schickt uns dorthin, wohin wir wollen. Wir werden diesen Ort wirklich vermissen, wenn wir wieder zu Hause sind. Ich hoffe, eines Tages wieder hierher zurückzukommen.

As a 5 star hotel and the high room rate, the service of this hotel is not up to the standard. Most of staff in the restaurants have bad faces, n some of the receptionists at the front desk are not helpful. I have asked for a late check out owing to the late flight n poor weather condition with cyclone approaching, a fat lady at the front desk told me that we have to respect to the check out policy n she cannot even allow only 1 hour of late check out (pls note the check out time is 11am which is earlier than most of the other resorts n hotels in Mauritius). Other housekeeping staff n bellboys are nice, the butler is also helpful but u have to find out all the information via their app/QR code. Although there are not too many guests in the hotel, they will ask u to make reservation for the dinner instead of walk in. On top of all the above, the hotel’s cleanliness is a concern, 1 night I found a very big cockroach hidden at the back of minbar. It was so scary that I couldn’t sleep well that night. For the pros, it has a very long beach line with clear water. It has a lot of facilities including library, game room, cinema, gym, water sports, 2 swimming pools n more restaurants with different cuisines than other hotels. I chose it bcz it is ranked as a gourmet hotel but I found that the food is just fair. In conclusion, I won’t pick this hotel for its average service n cleanliness with a very high room rate.

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

JW的位置在莫納山下，位置優越，服務很好，這次春節出行，酒店還特意給我們升級了海景套房，每天躺在沙灘上，去看海底瀑布、追鯨和海豚、動物園都比較方便，住在西邊，可以看到絕佳的日落，不過餐廳的食物希望能夠日益精進一點🤣

很好….在毛里求斯住了兩家酒店，萬豪服務很好，酒店也很漂亮，我們定的房間可以直接走到海灘，知道有兩個孩子，主動加床，還早早準備了兩顆水球在房間…..特別是一位叫Khunkhun的先生，對小孩也很nice，這裏適合悠閑看海，出海的船還可以直接開到酒店的沙灘來接…..很好！

衞生總體來起來來説還不錯，環境的話總體可以達到八分吧，與其他相比還是有稍微一點欠缺服務沒得説，前面的小哥哥小姐姐們都很好，畢竟是萬豪旗下的產品，尤其是他們給的袋子，記得一定要拿其他酒店，不一定有刮鬍刀，也有挺好的，沙灘拖鞋也有挺好的

環境很優雅，法式風格！酒店有管家服務！多家餐廳，自助餐每日更換風格，房間冰箱價格很nice！

滿分度假酒店
