Atour S Hotel Hongqiao Center Shanghai

Hotel is located not too far away from the Hongqiao airport but not near town center. Room was very clean and pillows and bed comfortable. The hotel provides night time snack and free tea for customers. They’re also helpful to non Chinese speaking customers. I’ve a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

Good location with restaurants around.

This hotel is connected with big shopping mall and nearby Hongqiao International Airport around 20 minutes by taxi. Also, there is another shopping mall nearby the hotel around 5-10 minutes relax walking. Designs of the hotel and room are nice and comfortable, but the front desk staffs’ working attitude can be improved a lot such as be patient to listen what the question asked by guest carefully. My with my family in this hotel is good with the hotel room, but super bad experience with the front desk staffs as they ignored me and didn’t have passion to assist for finding my little package sent by outside shop to the hotel front desk counter. One male staff with black glass didn’t put his patient to check the counter which package is me and replied me that he cannot find anything for me, but I can see pne package with paper bag and the shop name which is the one I bought and asked the shop send to my hotel. I also tried to ask another male staff to help, but he ignored me as he is assisting another guest for check-in. That’s fine and then I ran back to the 1st male staff with black glass, but he kept ignoring me at the his free time and mentioned nothing package for me. Finally, I have spent ally least 20 minutes together with my kid for waiting to get back my package (gift) sending by outside shop. Besides that, one female front desk staff with long hair is little bit tricky to ignore my complaint about my room is super wet with water in front of the bathroom entrance as she knows the twins bed size is little bit smaller for me and kid sleeping, then she pushed me to buy member card for upgrading my room with breakfast and ignore the hotel room problem. I am totally up sad with the front desk staffs’ services for my stay with family this time as tricky and no outstanding service.
