Definitely not a "home stay" and and it is not a hotel. It is something lost in the middle. There is no equipment to cook or eat in the room: even there is a cooking place, there are no cooking pans, no plates, no fork, knifes, kuaizi, or anything. After I asked, they delivered an old (and dirty) frying pan which I still could not use after I cleaned as I would have no tools to cook anything with or eating after I cooked.
It is advertised as a home stay, but the layout is similar to a hotel, but without a reception desk.
The bathroom floods when the clothes washing machine is working and disposing water. The bath area drain will not work properly and fills up quickly while showering.
There was no internet for the last 2 days.
Generally the room was not very clean, especially on places that only taller people can see, like above the fridge for example.
The good thing are the location, very close to subway station and the instructions to find the building were very clear - even as I arrived at night time it was easy to find it.
