Hi team, overall it was great stay for 2 days. Here are some points for you to improve 1. Room- in 207 there was drainage issue. Every time we had a bath bathroom was flooded. 2. Power backup- you must improve on power back up, during power cut it took 5-7 seconds for the power back up to come in. 3. Communication - one night dinner buffet was not available. As a in house guest it would have been better that I knew about it in advance. 4. Activities- if possible get kids play area, add some inventory to swimming pool like volleyball etc. 5. Add some goodies for kids at the time of checkin or checkout. In the end Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, right from the moment we arrived the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere...The comfortable and lavish accommodation, delicious dinning options ,from latitude's friendly staff who took care of our babies infact chef was preparing food for my babies and yes of-course your impeccable housing staff under mishraji exceeded my expectations... I'm just awestruck by the behavior, service,humbleness of ihm -a staffs(students).I was really really impressed with how smoothly everything was organized by Taj Hotels staffs and the friendly demeanor of your staff including housekeeper gazana kaka ..Latitude staff sheetal n Raina in the main desk n kajal too...Once again thank you for providing such a delightful stay ❤️..
