Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, um Ihre Getränke kühl zu halten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, und alle Hauptattraktionen sind sehr nah.

Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, einfach zu Fuß dorthin gehen. Die Altstadt von Sevilla ist nicht allzu weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Fußweg dorthin dauert nur etwa 20 Minuten. Der Service und die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr gut. Direkt neben Ma Ma gibt es einen Supermarkt, in dem Sie Wasser, Getränke und Obst kaufen können. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Der Frühstückskaffee ist viel besser als der im Café draußen.

The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

My husband and I spent 5 nights in Hotel Monte Carmelo and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with recommending restaurants, directions to sites, and arranging a tour for us to Cordoba. Also, the members of the wait staff in the breakfast area were friendly and very attentive to the presentation of the breakfast items. The hotel is around the corner from a lovely pedestrian mall and is a short and pleasant walk to the bridge that is crossed to arrive at the main area of downtown Seville. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Seville!

This was a little new to us, after booking online we got some pass codes that allowed entry to the building then to key box for apartment. There are no staff although there is an intercom to call staff if required. The apartment was clean and well equipped,the views are nothing special but we wasn’t there for views. It was our touring base. The only noise we heard was people in next apartment moving tables /beds ,sound carried. I think overall the passcode system worked and could well be the future of economy apartments. We would use again when in the area.

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr imposanten Eingangshalle. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Doppelbettzimmer gebucht und sind in einem Zweibettzimmer gelandet. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption das angemerkt hatten und auf den ein oder anderen Makel hingewiesen haben, wurden uns auch sofort 2 weitere Zimmer zur Auswahl gegeben. Das Personal ist freundlich und stets bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und wenn ein Problem entsteht es zu lösen! Sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend! Der Shuttlebus fährt zur zur nächsten Metrostation und nicht in die Innenstadt, wie auf Booking angegeben und kostet einen kleinen Aufpreis. Alles in allem ganz nett und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung - wir hatten ein wenig mehr erwartet.

Vor dem Spiel unserer Eintracht im Europa League Finale in Sevilla habe ich hier Last Minute noch ein Hotelzimmer für einen doch eher hohen, aber noch erträglichen Preis bekommen (ca. 200€). Das Hotel liegt im östlichen Teil Sevillas am Rande eines Wohn- und Gewerbegebiets. Mit Uber ist man für 8-10€ im Stadtzentrum bzw. nahe am Stadion. Das Zimmer war modern gestaltet und ausreichend groß. Auch das Badezimmer war modern gestaltet und hatte ausreichende Pflegeprodukte. Das Frühstück morgens war exzellent. Es gab eine große Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, diverse Säfte, Aufstrich, Wurst, Käse und auch typisch Spanisch eine Vielzahl an süßen Speisen. Check-In etc. freundlich und professionell. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine Tiefgarage, in der man parken kann.

We stayed at this hotel in the covid 19 pandemic so we were unable to use all of their facilities We were given a warm welcome when we arrived. Check in was quick and as they were unable to us their restaurant we were given a breakfast pack to put in the fridge in the room. Check out was quick and efficient. Due to the problems which were out of their control we had a pleasant night in a very comfortable room.

Wir blieben hier 6 Tage lang und es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr willkommen und wir wurden von vielen freundlichen Gesichtern gegrüßt, als wir ankamen. Antonio war auf dem Frontdesk und war so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gab auch einen anderen Mann und eine Dame auf dem Tisch in der Woche, die auch sehr freundlich waren. Das Hotel ist unspottlich sauber und sehr gut nachgesehen.Ich reise viel, aber das war das beste Hotel-Haartrockner, den ich jemals verwendet habe!!!! Das Frühstück war großartig! Viele Wahlen und sie hatten sogar einen Teestation.Ich habe keine Kuchen gegessen, aber der Schokoladekuchen sah göttlich aus. Es war ein sehr angenehmes und entspannendes Frühstücksraum. Der Pool war wunderschön und viele Sonnenschirme und riesige Sonnenschirme, wenn Sie von der Sonne schatten wollten. Wir essen in der Café im Hotel und das Essen war schön und sehr vernünftig preisgekrönt zusammen mit Bier. Ich möchte Carlos und ein anderer Herr mit einem Haar erwähnen, der in der Café arbeitete, die sehr aufmerksam waren und wir nicht sprechen Spanisch und sie versuchen wirklich schwer zu verstehen und reagierten in Englisch.Es war eine andere junge Dame, die Das Hotel ist eine kurze Busfahrt von der Stadt entfernt Die Busshalte ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß und nur € 1.30 pro Person, um in die Stadt zu kommen.Der Bus ist klimatisiert und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben ein Taxi zum Hotel vom Flughafen, das war 25 € und 35 € zurück, aber das Hotel organisierte die Rückkehr Sie können auch Uber nutzen. Wir werden 100% hier wieder bleiben, wenn wir Sevilla besuchen. Danke für die Suche nach uns so gut.
