We stayed here for four nights with friends during the Holy Week at Easter. Great apar**ent, perfect location in the centre of Seville. Near la Setas and not far from other ares of interest. Pedestrianised area so no cars. Apar**ent has everything that you need. The only two downsides that we found were that although the apar**ent was very clean, both showers had a lot of mould around the sealant. Also our en-suite had a strange arrangement of a half glazed door so no real privacy if you were using the toilet. That aside, a really great place to stay. Opposite was a great place where we had breakfast each day La Mala Brunch. See my other review.

Big clean appar**ents. Great location! Nice small swimming pool. My only complain is the appar**ent condition water infiltration and the sound was well insulated for sound.

Amazing building in the heart of old Seville!! Located in the middle of a pedestrian plaza with shops, restaurants and no car traffic. Apar**ent is spacious, modern and clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice pool, small but clean and warm. There is a free laundry in the lobby which is very convenient. My only complaint is lack of privacy in the bathroom. They have a weird design and bathroom door is half frosted glass and half clear glass. The toilet is out in the open. Very uncomfortable feeling. Other than that, it’s perfect.

The property is at great location close to many shops and grocery shop is just 2 mins away. Main dining room is not as big as in pictures but still good. Bedroom and bed are big size
But the apar**ent has serious ant issue and there are ants in living room, kitchen and bathroom. For two days i had to constantly fight with the ants and it was annoying and disgusting. They said they will follow up the next day when I sent them the videos of the ants but they never did. Luckily it was only a 2 day stay or else I would not be able to deal with these ants
They also tried to charge me extra for booking taxi for me to airport until I questioned and they resent the correct amount

I absolutely loved my stay at Rivero 8 it was super convenient the way they give you codes for everything it was super easy to access the complex.They provided al disheware in the kitchen also have a laundry and provided soap .The apar**ent was super clean and spacious , the beds were super comfortable. And the location was exelent ,so close to everything !

Perfect location in Seville! It's very central, we were able to walk everywhere. Clean, modern and spacious apar**ent. Easy to check in/out (door codes.) Pool was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I would strongly recommend the place. Well located, well equipped and very spacious.
The only think is that the second bathroom is too clase to the master bedroom and it is a little inconvenient.
Shampoo and soap provided is horrible!!
