房間超級大，定的商務房，酒店位置非常好，酒店旁邊就是一個當地的公園，旁邊有遊樂場，酒店旁邊就是購物廣場，各種商店都有，廣場內有當地的超市，這裏人特別多，不知道是因為市中心還是因為暑假的關係，總之非常熱鬧，酒店出來左邊馬路上好幾家吃飯的飯店。如果是來旅遊，選擇住在這裏也不錯。入住還發生了一個小插曲，酒店的熱水系統壞了，害得我們一晚上沒有熱水，好在及時聯繫了攜程客服很快搞定了。總之這個酒店算是當地檔次還不錯的，可以再次考慮。

服務一般，性價比不高

地理位置優越，購物吃飯方便，就在最大的商場樓上，房間設施中規中矩，

The hotel is well located, with clean rooms and quality service. I have encountered some problems but I can understand given the fact that the hotel is independent and does not belong to any hotel chain, although the service provided approaches that I find in Bonvoy or IHG quality hotels. The rooms are spacious almost had everything I needed. I was just annoyed by the fact that bathrooms did not have water which was very weird for a hotel in Algeria. There was also problem in the shower that needed fixing, like it would have been nice if it was detected and fixed before a guest can see it. Another weird thing is the fact that the hotel had policy of not allowing food from outside into the rooms. This annoyed me a because they are trying to promote the restaurant of the hotel but giving safety of guests as explanation for the rule. Overall the experience was good, and I’d definitely would like to stay there again. I just hope I won’t have to deal with this minor issues again.

Excellent hotel! Big, comfortable rooms. pool is nice warm for children. The dishes are diversified and delicious excellent breakfast. The staff are very nice. I can recommend it proudly for your staying in Setif.....................

Well positioned hotel, impeccable room, excellent breakfast. We stayed only one night but we were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. It has the advantage that it is positioned close to the mall and tourist attractions. I warmly recommend it.

Super séjour accueil au top personnel hyper sympathique propreté confort le tout 10 sur 10 Un seul bémol les clients sont mal élevé désolé gâchis au niveau du restaurant il remplisse leurs assiettes et ne mangent à peine la moitié certe buffet à volonté se qui ne signifie pas gâchis de la nourriture pense au enfants qui non rien à mangé et les parents qu'elle éducation et exemple pour vos enfants j'en était écœuré

Très bon Hotel, très propre, je ne me lasserai pas de cette hôtel car c’est le meilleur que j’ai trouvé sur Setif le petit déjeuner très bien l’accueil super bien surtout la demoiselle maya. Qui est très gentil, donc je vous conseille cette hôtel est un hôtel familial.

Séjour parfait, chambre propre et calme, idéal pour les couples comme pour affaire, ou tiut simplement se reposer car tres calme. Personnel accueillant et compréhensif, vous n'avez jamais l'impression de les déranger, service impeccable. Buffet du petit déjeuner varié et succulent. Le mall est juste à côté (2 pas) pour se faire une séance shopping, on y trouve de tout. La prochaine fois que je serai sur setif je m'y rendrai a coup sur !
