Although booked tge special room, the nicest room in the house, the room was very unpleasant.
1. Although it was winter, the owner did not care to turn the floor heating and the room was cold all night.
2. There was two bathtub, when we reached there only 1.
3. The room was some kind of dirty. Greasy floor, dusty furniture, lack of proper amenities.
