Mein Aufenthalt im Co-op City Hotel Seongsan war großartig! • Sauberkeit: Alles war makellos sauber, von den Zimmern bis zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. • Lage: Perfekte Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Seongsan Ilchulbong entfernt – ideal für frühe Wanderungen. • Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei Fragen zur Umgebung. • Ausstattung: Moderne und komfortable Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen – besonders für Reisende, die die Natur und die Highlights von Jeju genießen möchten!

Overall, the hotel is good. The front desk service seemsn't really helpful when there are questions. We have one room facing Ilchulbong and another facing the back. The one facing Ilchulbong was absolutely amazing. Another room smells weird in the toilet, which makes the room smell bad.

Location was good. Reception converse in good English. Allowed us to check in one and a half hours early. Close to main attraction and abundance of food choices. The room is very nicely decorated. The only thing that needs to be improved is to separate light control for bathroom and sink area. Once on, the sink area also switches on. This will disturb others when you only need the toilet light.

Lovely new hotel in a great spot for exploring the nearby area including an easy day trip to Udo. Room was big and clean with nice furniture and bedding, we booked ocean view and it was fabulous watching the sunset over the water. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have a dinner restaurant and the brewpub was closed while we were there. But it was a great place to stay still.

The location and view from my hotel is very nice and close to attractions . For the price however this room is old, slightly dirty, check in service is below average and I would not stay here again. No in room slippers are offered but the floor was not very clean.

The mattress is very good. Surrounding are all good foods. Walk up and try the bhc chicken and Mega cafe.

Hotel is located near many restaurants and cafes, as well as only 10 minutes walk away from Seongsan Ilchulbong. The room is clean and comfortable, looks more modern.

The self check in/out option for the hotel was fantastic. The location on the bay was great and provided easy access to hikes and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel has a really great location and stunning views, which immediately evokes positive emotions. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, it turned out to be in a rather "killed" condition, with many inconveniences. For example, there are only two sockets, and those are located in inconvenient places. On the photos the yellow color looked beautiful, but in reality it turned out to be depressing. In addition, the walls were dirty and clearly in need of repair. Walking down the hallway, I noticed that the rooms on our side, where the yellow walls were, looked worse than the others. It looks like the hotel is slowly being renovated and the other rooms have already been cleaned up. Don't rely entirely on my review as the hotel is probably improving the condition of the rooms. Hopefully things will have changed for the better by the time you check in, as the view from the window is truly divine.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.

Basic room. Don’t expect much. The lobby is beautiful but misleading - rooms are quite worn out and dirty. Bed was however soft & comfortable! Water bottle provided. My sink was also choked and couldn’t be unclogged!

The location was great if you want to catch sunrise at ilchulbong. Surrounding also have many good restaurants, convenient stores and mini mart. There is bicycle park in front of the hotel, if you rent bicycle nearby. The only downside is they have laundry room for the guest but no dryer. And the double room is a little compact. Otherwise it will be perfect. It is still worth staying here.

Easy to find and convenient parking. Value for money and great location for heading to seongsan Ilchulbong the next early morning
