Das Hotel war gut gelegen circa 10 Minuten zum Sky Casino. In 5 Minuten war man sofort bei allen Ess und Trink Lokalitäten. Parkhaus war direkt gegenüber inklusive einem kleinen Supermarkt einer Cafeteria und weiteren kleinen ständen.

The parking is not free even for guests and our room is located at another block so called valley wing which is very very far from the car park. We hv to go few flights of stairs, walk through the roadside take few elevators and lift to reach our room. The soundproof is near non-existent. You can actually hear the foreign workers at the ground floor speaking and the banging from top floor and rooms around our room. You would think after paying RM500++ they will actually give you some water to drink instead of asking you to boil your own water. The receiptionist ask you to self check in even if they hv nothing to do. Not hepful at all. Would never stay here again.

Love the decoration, size, and cleanliness of the rooms. Checking in was great too, not as chaotic and hassle like checking in at hotel first world. Only down side is the distance to the mall. You can take an about 15 min walk through some exposed to weather and dark at night walkway. Pro tip is to just book a grab from the lobby of skyworld to the first world hotel. Have fun!

This is a stand alone hotel where not close to the attraction even the outdoor theme park. Kind of troublesome when going out late night to casino or sky avenue.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Service was good, friendly staff too. Room was huge bed is comfortable and the best part is their pillows not the typical hotel pillow it feels like I'm at home. No aircon but it's ok they have an electric fan and it is cold especially at night. Separate toilet and bath, and it's clean. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Definitely will come back with my family.

Always the choice of stay when I’m at Genting Highland ! Best place to stay and comfortable bed ! Good location and a group of friend can fit in for the sixer rooms !

The room was comfortable and the shower facilities is good. The location is a bit far away from sky avenue, need to walk awhile.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way,and the staffs went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Smooth check in with self kiosk, if got problem the staff will politely help👍🏻the room also comfortable

Sound proof of the room not really good can heard someone talking in the morning but others all good!!!!

2nd time staying here after 5 years. kids still love the theme. we got a room on a different block which is quite far from the lobby. not quite convenient though there's link bridge. room is considered clean overall. it's just that feeling slightly insecure as we are given the last room, staircase is just next to our room. parking is far away. but view from hotel is nice. Satisfying overall as I got a cheap price. considered well maintained as not much difference compared to 5 years ago.

Good location. Room was clean and big , simple and new design, Nice balcony with very good view .
