The hotel was very clean. Close to Louisville. Would stay there again.

Service was good. Rooms were dirty and stinky. Bed sheets and comforters were not very clean. TV was not very easy to use. had to connect to it via an app just to change the HDMI.

Was a better experience than I was expecting, since the cost was so cheap. I have no complaints at all. The minimal interaction I had with staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. It didn’t feel unsafe. I would recommend staying here.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was rude. I checked in and put everything in room and set dog crate up to find out I had no working refrigerator so has to move everything out and move to another room. Got into that one and tub was stopped up went to front desk and let them know tub wasn't draining and they handed me a pluger.. They said they would give us some type of discount. Never received it. On there sign up front it says " find a problem with your room and get one night free. Never happened. For the amount of money for this room. Was not worth it

When we made the reservation it was for a smoking room and they don't even have smoking rooms, that false advertisement. That was the reason we booked the room. If we would have known I would have went somewhere else. The bath tub was dirty and the shower fixture pulled out of the wall. Towels were stained up. And I accidentally left something behind and went back for it only to find out that they threw it in the trash, knowing that they had my phone number on file they should have called me frist before throwing it in the garbage.

Me and my family have recently relocated to the Louisville area and have been using extended stays until we find our "forever home". Travellodge caught our attention because of the price, but what do they always say "you get what you pay for". Long story short, day of check out we asked for an extended check out, check out is usually at 11:00am, & the Hotel Manager stated that yes that would be fine, but if we however go past 2:00pm then we would have to pay a $20 fee. Thirty minutes later the same manager comes knocking on our door asking us "What are we still doing here?" I replied: "We just spoke and we agreed to a later check on before 2:00pm" The manager replied with "Yes, yes, your right, I'm sorry" Literally ten minutes goes by and he is at the door again saying his manager try to charge our card $20 & we need to atleast pay $10 to stay until 2:00pm. It was disgusting. These people were nasty and rude thinking we just beneath them because we didn't want to pay $10 because, why would we when we agreed on a late check on prior to there being any fees???? Everytime they told us a total it ended up being $3-$4 more, and anytime we asked they would just say "That's what the computer says" Some people don't deserve to work in/for the public and that is everyone at this establishment! HORRIBLE

Check in was smooth and easy. Our room was clean and everything works. A/C was cold. Only down side was 1 or 2 dryers didnt work. And there is nothing really here. kfc is next door and a coffee shop across the street. Pool was clean. Will definitely recommend to people. And come back.

The staff was friendly. We arrived late and my daughters wanted to use the pool so the staff allowed them 30 minutes past closing time to play in the water. On the down side, though, the room was non-smoking yet smelled like stale, cigarette smoke and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. Also, when we came for the complementary breakfast, all they had was cereal, nothing else. The staff admitted they ran out of food as they underestimated the demand

The first room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. The second room I was moved to also had bed bugs.
