One of the best hotel in jb.near to mall where there are plenty of food restaurant and shopping places😁😁.also have a beautiful view of the mountain.

my stay at the hyatt regency was excellent. the service was top notch, with staff promptly addressing my request for a baby cot. it was subject to availability, and i didn’t even need to follow up. it was delivered to our room shortly after. the room itself was clean and comfortable. the location was convenient, although the shops at paradigm mall are not as upscale as those at midvalley southkey, but there’s still a good variety of options. the breakfast spread was on the smaller side, but it was still adequate. i hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. overall, a great stay!

This is my second time staying here and I’m still convinced it’s one of the best options for a staycation in JB. 1. Location and amenities around the hotel are great, there’s lots of food, shopping and entertainment options close by. 2. The rooms are very spacious, cleanliness is on point too. 3. The service and attitude of the service staff is very pleasant Book with a peace of mind!

Great location. Located at paradigm mall. Hotel is pretty new and clean. Only downside was the wifi was pretty bad.

Stayed 2D1N a week before the ***** chinese new year break. Parking was ample. Location was easy to find. The king deluxe room we got was on high floor. Check in was 3pm and checkout at 12pm (thanks!). Room was huge for 2, spacious and clean. Loved that the room had a lounge sofa. Reception staff was so polite & friendly. She offered to fill my bottle when she saw that I mistook the ice dispenser for water dispenser. Parking redemption at the reception was hassle free too w our touch n go card. Would definitely stay here again! Book via ShopBack & got cashback too.

Overall awesome stay with Hyatt hotel. All services and check in was a smooth transaction. In future will definitely choose the same hotel. All my family members have memorable stay at the hotel. Very convenient access to the Paradigm mall too. Thumbs up!

The over rated 4 star hotel, the bathrobes not provided after I called the front desk to confirm that. The welcome message from the TV screen is addressed to wrong person name. The breakfast variety is little but have the good Italian coffee bean which is good.

I had an exceptional stay at Hyatt Place. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. So touched when the staff delivered an Anniversary cake to our room! We enjoyed small fireworks from our city view room to usher us into the new year. As always, the room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. Love the toiletries given and the bidet is appreciated. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with plenty of fresh options. We enjoyed the traditional kueh and juice machine! The location was perfect—close to key attractions but still felt peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality, comfort, and excellent service!

The service and hotel location is great just above a shopping mall. The rooms are also huge and clean. The only problem is the lift. You have to wait for a long time for the lifts to arrive in the morning.

Nice, clean new hotel. Right at the heart of mall! Everything you need at doorstep. Just no nightlife. Would be nice if there are 1 or 2 pub or drink bar operate until midnight within the hotel. :) thank you.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is linked to Paradigm Mall which make it very family friendly for kids and elderly. Happy with our 3 days stay.

My room was ready for check in when I arrived at the hotel. Check in was smooth and done within minutes. The fitness centre and swimming pool were well maintained. But the fitness centre gets quite crowded as it is quite small. It’s nice that the fitness centre is accessible at any time via card access. Towels and water dispenser was provided as well. Breakfast had a good selection with honey from the comb and freshly squeezed orange juice together with the regular buffet spread. Happy that I decided to stay here for a short break. A good place to stay as it’s linked to the mall with lots of shops to explore.
