Very convenience 24 hours shuttle from and to airport. Driver is helpful with our luggages. Very helpful frontdesk staff. Nice and clean hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants

It’s a hotel good for layover. Is just 5 mins from Airport. Checked in is pretty fast. Hotel provides free shuttle service to airport. In terms of getting food near hotel. It is not very convenient. Can walk about 10 - 15 mins to nearest eating place. Is ok if it’s good weather, on a rainy day, then 10 mins felt like a long time. There are fast food burger place, a Chinese fast food place and a bakery. If want more options may need to walk another 15 mins. Hotel lobby has a machine that sells hot food.  Room is big, have coffee machine and a bottle of mineral water provided. If for light sleeper, can hear planes preparing to take off. The runway is literally across the road. Airport shuttles leave 4 times a day. Only takes 5-10 mins to reach airport terminal. Overall the hotel is ok.

Temporarily lived here to stay close to the airport, provided very convenient shuttle service, just quite loud (due to being close to the airport) and soundproofing wasn’t fantastic

The hotel near San Francisco Airport is excellent. Its location is extremely convenient with great transportation links. Whether you're arriving or departing, it's easily accessible. However, one downside is that the parking fee is rather expensive. Despite this, the overall experience at this hotel is still very positive and I would recommend it to others.

Everything is excellent, location, service and facilities. My flight is 6:00AM and they have a shuttle bus from hotel to SFO just 10 mins.

Hotel just OK. I was there for overnight stopover. The "grab and go" breakfast was very poor and expensive. The bar staff didn't know what a pina colada was and couldn't make any cocktails! All drinks were crazy expensive and the bar staff were not friendly. No other food available unless you wanted hot noodles from a vending machine. The best bit was the hotel shuttle was picking up and dropping off from the airport every 15 minutes

Hotel ok but nothing around it and didn't feel safe to walk around it. No actual food on offer just crisps and sweets which were very expensive. The bar could not make cocktails and were unfriendly. The grab and go breakfast had very little food. At least they gave me 2 free bottles of water!

Good location for connecting flight

convenient location near airport, room was clean, check in was efficient, bed was comfy. The breakfast situation was interesting unlike anything I had ever seen before. Reception gives you breakfast vouchers which are equivalent to dollar amounts that you spend in the shop. There is a table and a fridge in the lobby of snacks with prices that you use your vouchers for. There is also a staff member in the window that makes some cooked options you can use your vouchers on. There were a number of people waiting in the lobby on food before their shuttle to the airport. Nothing major wait time wise just not a walk up super fast buffet.

Close to airport! One thing i didnt quite like is that the parking ticket is so flimsy and if you lose it, hotel will chargw you USD50 no matter how short your parking was.

Really nice hotel, picked this over the Westin because it was cheaper and also NEWER! we stayed for one day two nights so we picked somewhere closer to the airport. It was super convenient as they had an airport shuttle frequency 4 times in an hour.

The hotel are comfortable and in an exceptionally convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. There are light breakfast items plus coffee and tea for the first night, and close by are two supermarkets and several small shops for following days. Light breakfast is available every day on ground floor. Coffee and tea are available all day. The sitting areas (indoors and outdoors) are comfortable. A resident may bring a guest for coffee, which is convenient for a short meeting. We have stayed twice at this facility, each time for a week, and will return again because of the reasonable price, location, and excellent staff.
