Ich werde trip.com nie wieder nutzen. Ich habe vor Monaten zwei Nächte bei ihnen gebucht, wohlwissend, dass ich ein kostenloses Stornierungs-/Änderungsfenster hatte. Deshalb haben sie mich nicht eingecheckt und ich habe fast eine Stunde mit teip.com telefoniert, um das Problem zu lösen. Völlig lächerlich.

Ich habe drei Tage gelebt, ohne die Toilette zu räumen. Ich habe es selbst gefragt. Es ist wie ein Morgen-Schlag. Wir müssen vorzeitig vorbehalten sein. - Wenn nicht, dann nicht. This was my first time staying in Secaucus as my friends with me told me the area was great. I booked the Residence Inn and you cannot go wrong with the location. Places to eat, shop, bus across to NYC around the corner. The staff are top notch. Checking in the woman we checked in through was awesome. So friendly and personable. The room was awesome. Full kitchen, sectional couch that pulled out to a bed and a King Size bed. Washroom was spacious I really enjoyed the kitchen. We hit Walmart down the street and grabbed stuff so we didn't have to always be out places to eat. Clean room, AC was spot on. The free breakfast was great too. There is a Chili's and a bar Hoolihan's right outside of the hotel. Overall you really cannot go wrong with any Marriott brands. I will definitely be back

Meine Schwester half mir, früher am Nachmittag zu checken, weil wir an diesem Tag um 10 Uhr am JFK angekommen waren und wir wissen nicht, warum unsere Zimmer als Aufenthalt übergestellt wurden, so dass die Reinigungsmittel nicht Betten zerkleinern oder ändern Bettwäsche bis wir uns gefragt. Obwohl wir 7 Nächte geblieben waren, wurden wir am ersten Tag nur mit Trinkwasser geliefert und das Hotel berechnet USD3.75 pro kleine Flasche Trinkwasser. Das Hotel ist strategisch gelegen, leicht zugänglich zu Restaurants und der Bushalte ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Rezeption war sehr nett und Service lobenswert, als wir das Hotel 230am erreichten. Wir trafen sie am Tag, an dem wir verließen, und das Hotel sollte mehr Personal wie Frau Shantel haben.

Es ist sehr billig, jeder ist sehr freundlich, aber ich kann nur einen Wäschebad nehmen, weil die Handtücher gespült wurden, die dünnen Spülung ist los und das heiße Wasser fließt aus.

Gute Lage, nach Manhattan mit NJ Transit zu gehen. Wir nahmen ein Auto, weil es eine Familienreise war, aber Parkplätze waren kostenlos, so nahmen wir dieses Hotel Ich habe es gewählt. Starbucks ist im ersten Stock und der Zimmerzustand ist gut. Bringt Zahnpasta Zahnbürste!

Am Samstagabend gibt es in Manhattan kein passendes Hotel. Der Laden wurde 15 Stunden vor dem Check-in gefunden. Es gibt Frühstück, der Preis stimmt, und die Fahrt mit dem Bus dauert 45 Minuten nach Manhattan. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass New Jersey zwar durch einen Fluss von New York getrennt ist, aber es waren viele Nächte. Um 8 Uhr abends war es im Bus ruhig, und die Leute bedauerten es. Glücklicherweise, nur 5/6 Minuten zu Fuß, sah ich das LOGO leuchten und mein Herz beruhigte sich. Das Zimmer ist recht groß, 40 Pings sollten da sein, die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt neue Samsung-Standards in China und das Frühstück ist inklusive. Der Preis beträgt etwas mehr als ein Drittel der Fläche von Manhattan. Die 1200er Steuer ist sehr gut. Nachts ruhig und laut, heißes Wasser. Nach dem Frühstück um 7.30 Uhr eilte ich nach Manhattan. Die Navigation war eine kleine Episode. Die Bushaltestelle 129/190 war nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Kurz gesagt, ich habe es gefunden und bin in 15 Minuten am öffentlichen Bahnhof angekommen.

PIREP 1/26/23 As a flight crew staying here it was disappointing to hear the restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was after we had already checked in. The Hilton app does not show this. Bogus. Not normal for a HGI hotel. And the restaurant is the main reason we stay at HGIs. We typically don’t have a car and have to rely on Uber/Lyft. Walking to a restaurant requires good weather and about 25-30 mins walking. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely nice. The beds are a bit hard. Room was quiet and I never heard anyone next door. There is a lot of freeway noise but that does not bother me. Fitness room is very small. One bike, one treadmill, one elliptical. There’s a indoor pool and jacuzzi but I never used it. Happy travels!

Wir besuchten meinen Vater für seinen 50. Geburtstag und wollten in der Nähe von NYC sein, aber nicht in der Stadt. Wir hatten Zimmer 201, das voll ausgestattet war mit einer Küche und all die kleinen Dinge, die wir brauchten. Das Personal, Michelle und Amanda waren sowohl super willkommen und freundlich. Als immer lächeln und chatt auch nach einem langen Tag. Die einzige Beschwerde, die wir über dieses Hotel hatten, ist, wo unser Zimmer war. Nächstes Mal werden wir eine halbe Straße beantragen. Das Hotel ist direkt neben einer Autobahn und es kann sehr laut sein! Ich musste nach der ersten Nacht eine Box mit Ohrschneidern kaufen.

Thank you in advanced for reading, it's a long review, but I believe it's worth your attention and time. My husband and I stayed here just for a quick weekend trip to NYC. We chose this hotel because of the convenience of having the bus stop right outside the hotel. Took the 320 bus to Port Authority. $4.50 each way (we paid cash and the driver could not give us change back just fyi). We were at Port Authority terminal in about 15 minutes, it was perfect! When we checked in, the concierge was on the phone and when she got done talking, she was complaining how the person on the other line did not understand her and couldn't speak any English. First, I don't need to know about the conversation you had. And second, it's just not a great look for you or the hotel. You're supposed to be welcoming and polite and you missed the opportunity to do so. Now let's talk about the actual room we stayed in. From first glance it seemed fine. We just needed a basic, clean place to stay, nothing fancy, but we couldn't even get that. The floors had not been probably mopped in months. After my shower I used the towel to wipe some water off the floor and the towel went from bright white to brown. Disgusting. We did not go barefoot at all that weekend in the room. My socks I wore from the bathroom to the bed instantly went from a baby blue to a brown from the floors (picture provided). It was just unsettling and made you think about other surfaces that have probably not been touched in months. Also, bring your own toiletries. 1 small bar of soap is all we got. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion provided. I had brought my own luckily so didn't need to ask. It's not a big deal asking, but it feels more welcoming when those things are already provided. Now let's get to the continental breakfast. For the price we paid for two nights (a little over $500) we were expecting a bit more options. Oatmeal, packaged muffins-not fresh, granola bars and coffee. That's all. I don't expect much from continental breakfast, but this seemed to be sub par from most. Some fresh fruit and toppings for the oatmeal would have been nice, and maybe some juice and non pre packaged muffins could be an idea. I have never stayed at an extended stay before, but I was expecting the room to have at least plates and silverware already there. We ended up having to ask the front desk for a few plates and forks, which is no big deal, but the concierge at the desk acted like it was a whole task for her to do that. The ”let me go see” after we asked was filled with attitude and bother. All I wanted was to enjoy my birthday cheesecake Overall the only reasons I would tell you to stay here is if you need a quick place to stay for a night or two that has easy and affordable access into the city. Bring extra socks or slippers and maybe pack your own breakfast items if you're a breakfast person. Otherwise I would not come back here for the two reasons of cleanliness and lack of hospitality.
