We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

I got very nice river view room. Air conditioning worked efficiently. There were all stuffs you need to use. No varieties of breakfast that much but not bad. I loved the idea to put the key at counter if we need to go out, preventing lose a keycard.

Place was a pain to find, no signage visible. Google maps will lead you to the hotel higher up which also starts with H&. The photos make the place look much nicer than it is. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Jiufen, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, etc. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet. Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Liebe den Ort! Das gemeinsame Gebiet ist fab und sauber! Die Dame in der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich in all ihrer Kapazität. es war während unseres 2-Nacht-Aufenthalts regnen, sie lieferten als Schaumwäsche, Kunststoff Regenbeutel und ein Ort, um Schuhe zu trocknen. Sie kommunizierte mit uns, auch wenn sie wenig Englisch wusste und wir sehr schlecht Mandarin hatten. Unser Zimmer ist nicht so groß, es fühlte sich sauber und komfortabel mit einem schönen Blick. Das Frühstück, das sie mit kam, war einfach, aber schwach. Wahrscheinlich die einzige Seite ist ich für Eisenbekleidung gebeten, aber sie konnten es nicht liefern und es gibt ein wenig Mühlen in der Toilette Wand nichts ein Mühlen entferner kann nicht reparieren. Aber im Allgemeinen war die Dame warm schüchtern und hilfreich! Und der Aufenthalt war entspannend mit der Atmosphäre, mit der es kam.

Location is superb.. just a few min walk from the Jiu Fen Old Street bus stop. This Inn is located inside the old street, so you just step out and be on Jiu Fen Old Street! Room is really small but have everything needed. Shower head is actually like connected with washing tap (like how bidet tap is connected) but the water pressure is good. Breakfast has really decent tasty lu rou fan - free flow 😍 Recommended to stay in Jiu Fen a night to see a quiet night and morning view. Lovely Inn to stay in 😊👍
