My (now) fiance and I stayed here over Christmas and the Du Parc Hotel was INCREDIBLE! Starting off, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, everytime we chatted with her and asked questions she always had an answer. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and was at a wide range of time so we never felt rushed to get up and get downstairs. The overall location of the hotel is perfect and central to anything you could want, also not far from the bus station just about a five-minute walk up hill. The resort has an agreement with a local ski shop so we got a discount off of our ski rental, on top of this the resort has a free shuttle to the main ski lift. Now on to our room, wow our room, we booked the Sauna room with the hot tub on the balcony, it was EVERYTHING we could have imagined, very clean and spacious as well. Day of arrival, my fiance got a text message asking when we would be checking in, when we got to our room it was nice and toasty which was perfect as we were coming out of the cold! The hot tub was an awesome addition to come back to and warm up after skiing, very easy to use as well. Bed was very comfortable, probably the best of our entire trip. This hotel was SO perfect, in fact, that my fiance proposed to me on our balcony! We plan to come back to the Du Parc hotel as soon as we can, it is a new favorite!

Fabulous Hotel..absolutely loved everything about this Hotel. Location is stunning. Staff are a great asset to this Hotel nothing is a bother…having a good laugh trying to communicate with each other. Cleanliness was excellent..Rooms are amazing and the views are stunning. Sauna and Jacuzzi was so good…..little extras in the Sauna room makes it special. Maggie our Receptionist is one smart Woman she goes out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. Always a smile on her face and so happy and confident in her job. My Brothers case went missing from the Airport and she went out of her way phoning every day trying to get it delivered to our Hotel. (It took 5 days before it was delivered). She also made sure that the Football on the Tv was all set up for our Scotland match. Such a lovely person. This Hotel is a 5* in my eyes. What a wonderful week we all had.

Outstanding hotel - very much helped by booking the luxury suite with its own sauna and outside hot tub on its own private terrace. Breakfast not great but not an issue for us. Location very central to everything in the town although a bit of a trek to the ski lift at Clotes. Very modern hotel with a clean, fresh style and great relaxed atmosphere

Fantastic hotel, very modern and clean with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Plus a decent restaurant (and great coffees at breakfast) and spa in a very central location and 5 mins walk to the chair lift. Very glad we stayed here and would stay again.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff, great location and excellent on site restaurant. Would highly recommend. A special mention for Annette and Giuseppe who went the extra mile at every opportunity to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded expectations.

We stayed in a family room, a couple of parents, a 19-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, for a ski vacation. The hotel is located in the center of the town of All Close The hotel is very modern and includes a rich breakfast and amazing coffee, there is a storage room for ski equipment, parking, a sauna and a jacuzzi It is worth noting the service we received from Giuseppe Annette who took care of everything we wanted

Beautiful well run hotel in the centre of town with a free shuttle bus to the the ski lift. Our apartment was big with a lovely modern comfortable finish. The breakfast selection was perfect for what we needed and the service matched it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year.

over the years we stayed at many different hotels but here we will definitely come back. spatious rooms and relaxed atmosphere. restaurants and shops are at walking distance but most important the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. we put our luggage in a vacuum bag and the lady at the reception brought a vacuum cleaner from her house when the one from the hotel was broken.

If you are looking for a hotel in Sauze then this the one. The facilities were outstanding as were the staff. Rooms were of the highest standard and were kept clean every day...Definitely would return to this excellent hotel

My wife and I really enjoyed our trip to Sauze for Skiing and the Du Parc Hotel was the perfect place to stay. The staff were all really friendly with the room stylish and clean. The breakfast option had everything you would expect, was fresh with some warn scrambled egg which was very tasty. We stayed for an evening meal one night and both had pizza which was really good and reasonably priced. Generally there is a modern feel to the hotel which appears recently decorated but it is also welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending. Apart from my luggage not arriving until the last day, it was a great stay.

Nous avons passe 3 nuits dans l appartement n2 dont deux sans dormir. Il y a un bar a quelques metres de la fenetre avec de la musique tres fort jusqu a 2h le matin. Le thermostat de l appartement ne marche pas avec le salon qui chauffe a mort et la chambre qui reste tres froide. Notre fille de 8 ans qui a dormi dans le salon a souffert la chaleur et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenetre a cause du bruit. J ai demande une remise pour ce desagrement et la dame a la reception a refuse, s est excuse pour le probleme du chauffage mais a explique que le bruit du bar ce n est pas leur faute et que ce n est pas la premiere fois. C est inadmissible de louer un apartement dans ces conditions sans alerter le clients d un probleme recurrent. A fuir sauf si voulez faire la fete jusqu a 2h tous les soir.

Hotel Super nel cuore di Sauze. Struttura nuova e moderna con camere ampie e ben arredate, la nostra tripla era iper spaziosa e pulita, bello e grande anche il bagno e letti comodissimi. Zona comune non molto ampia ma comunque ben arredata e curata. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata con vasta scelta nel buffet. Presente anche una piccola SPA e un parcheggio coperto privato di cui però non abbiamo usufruito.

Arrivée à une heure tardive, le boitier n 2 où devait se trouver la clé était grand ouvert, impossible de contacter l'hotel. Dans le froid, mon compagnon a eu la présence d'esprit de composer un code pour le boîtier n 1 et là, MIRACLE, deux clés s'y trouvaient dont celle de notre chambre. Le/La réceptionniste n'a pas pensé à nous téléphoner pour nous prévenir du changement de boîtier et du nouveau code associé, seul un mail a été envoyé, encore fallait-il le savoir...chambre spatieuse, agréable malgré un trou dans la cloison non réparé , petit déjeuner médiocre, produits essentiellement industriels, pas de pain, les oeufs à la coque sont encore crus au bout de 10 minutes, pas de plats chauds (ex: oeufs brouillés, bacon...), la corbeille de fruits et yahourts sont en revanche appréciables et le cappuccino bon.

Un accueil parfait La chambre était très grande, très bien aménagée. Literie super confortable et oreillers moelleux. La salle d'eau était géniale avec une très grande douche à l'italienne Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est composé de gâteaux faits maison, de spécialités italiennes et de viennoiseries. Si vous devez séjourner à Sauze d'Oulx, pas d'hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu
