My wife and I had the most amazing time! We take vacations all over the world and we can honestly say that our time at Aux Coteaux d’Aussac was our most favorite by far. Our hosts Laetitia and Jean-Pol were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our room was tastefully decorated in their beautifully renovated house and we were very comfortable with the air-con. Breakfast was delicious and the view of the valley was breathtaking. We loved hanging out by the pool, playing pétanque and feeling completely recharged from our busy lives. The hosts dog “Buddy” was so friendly and helped us with missing our own dog. We can’t wait to return!!

If you're looking for a quiet, serene setting to decompress in the South of France, look no further. I recently spent time with friends and family at Aux Coteaux d'Aussac and had such an amazing time I didn't want to leave. Laetitia and Jean-Pol have done an amazing job renovating their 18th century homestead with all the modern amenities we've grown accustomed to - beautiful decor, comfortable bedding, private baths with hot shower, air conditioned rooms, and a heated in-ground pool - that it was hard to leave for some day trip exploration in nearby Cahors and Montauban. Their place is magical, the sunrise is worth dragging yourself out of bed to capture, and their hospitality made me feel welcome to the region and culture. All in all - Great ambience, tasty regional food/wine, and memories to last a lifetime. We will be back!!

This is a spectacular hotel in the fruit orchard area north and west of Toulouse. The panorama from the hotel grounds is breathtaking in its beauty. The hotel rooms are all modern, quiet, and comfortable, a perfect symmetry with the gorgeous surroundings. Our hosts, Laettitia and Jean-Pol, were amiable and focused on providing an excellent stay for all the guests. The breakfasts were exceptional with fresh local fruits, cheeses, always fresh bread and pastries, cereals, juices, coddled egg and the perfect cup of cafe. At this time of the year, our breakfast was outdoors overlooking the stunning scenery. A perfect beginning to each day. I enjoyed swimming and soaking in the saltwater pool, playing Bocce Ball in the court and lazing on the ground under the beautiful arboreal canopy afforded by the giant Basswood trees. The property dog, Buddy, made everyone happy and we all felt at home. My visit in this hotel and with the hosts was magical. I want to return to enjoy this bucolic corner of France and stay in this fabulous hotel. I specifically liked that this is a less touristed area in France; albeit very welcoming. This hotel deservedly receives my highest rating.

We chose a location in the surroundings of Montauban, and Aux Coteaux D'aussac was a fantastic experience. From the beginning we were contacted by Läetitia (the owner) regarding our arrival time and if we needed anything. The room was amazing, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Extremely clean and with a fantastic bathroom, was great after a long trip from Spain! We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast (prepared by Läetitia herself) and a walk around the small village. Quiet area, beautiful views, enjoyed a drink by the pool under the sun. Really amazing place to go, relax, disconnect and enjoy this beautiful hotel

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! Een mooie groene regio en charmante dorpjes in de omgeving. De B&B ligt op een zeer mooi (groot!) domein, heeft gezellige buitenplaatsen, deftig zwembad en ruime tuin. Zeer nette kamers en verzorgd ontbijt (koffiekoek, eitje charcuterie/kaas, vers fruit uit de boomgaard, granen en zelfgemaakte confituren. Wij vinden Laetitia en Jean-Pol aangename eigenaars, zij kunnen informatie geven waar nodig. Voor ons was het een meerwaarde om een plank en table d’hôte te kunnen reserveren, alsook een wijntje of ander drankje. Wij willen ten slotte graag Buddy bedanken om ons te gidsen tijdens de wandeling in de tuin. Wat een tophond! Wij vonden het een topverblijf!

Alors que dire de Laetitia et Jean Paul…tout simplement qu ils sont magnifiques, accueillants et leur maison d hôtes vraiment très belle, pour moi tout était parfait. Chambres, environnement, petit déjeuner un vrai plaisir de passer cette semaine avec eux. Une chose est certaine j y reviendrai avec plaisir… Encore merci pour tout

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Côteaux d'Aussac. Laetitia et Jean Pol sont des hôtes très agréables, aux petits soins et de bons conseils. La piscine chauffée et la climatisation dans les chambres sont un plus. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme et les petits déjeuners face à une vue imprenable. Notre chambre était décorée avec goût, très bien agencée, très propre et la literie de qualité. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette très jolie maison au milieu des vergers.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans ce lieu magnifique à la vue exceptionnelle et où règne une quiétude peu commune. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien aménagées et d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine au sel au pied des vergers et le joli jardin arboré sont très agréables ; on s’y sent bien. Les petits déjeunés tout comme les planches dégustations sont d’une très bonne qualité et réalisés avec des produits locaux (fromage du producteur, fruits frais du verger et confiture maison notamment). Laetitia vous accueille toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse sans oublier l'adorable chien Budy. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette magnifique bâtisse d'hôtes où nous retournerons lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région !
