Went to check in late at night with two sleeping babies in the car only to be told that there’s no reservation for us.. which was already booked and paid for through hotels. The worker at the desk said I could “wait around for the booking to come through,” pay for another room out of pocket, or call hotels and sort it with them— offering absolutely no help on how to contact them. I even showed her the confirmation on my phone, which had the booking number on it straight from hotels and she said said nothing she could do. It wasn’t until I provided my maiden name (for the second time) that she finally “found” it. Rooms need some deep cleaning. Dried tooth paste on the walls, pen marks on the door, black piles of dust/grime in the shower lighting in our room didn’t work. Beds were tiny, even though we booked queen beds, our room only had doubles. Also had to request THREE separate times for a roll away crib.. made other requests when booking (late checkout, extra pillows for kids) and those requests were also ignored. Will not stay here again.
