Location will say it not bad as it is walking distance from Sapporo Station (About 5min walk). Nearby there is several convenience store which is very important. The hotel do have store like cakes store, snacks store which kind of value add. Room size wise will say ok given most hotel are small in fact. Perhaps the aircon ventilation can be improved as adjusting the coldness to the max (seem no difference) and room abit stuffy.

We recently stayed at the Grand Mercury in Sapporo and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location is very strategic, allowing easy access to various attractions in the city. One of the major perks was the free parking, which added significant convenience to our stay. The room size was quite large, providing ample space for our kids to run around, which was a big plus for us. Additionally, the location is pretty quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. While the hotel was fairly clean, it wasn't spotless. I'd give the cleanliness a rating of about 8 out of 10. The service was okay, with many self-service options available, which might suit some guests more than others. Overall, the Grand Mercury is a good choice if you're looking for a convenient location, spacious rooms, and free parking in Sapporo.

Ich habe in einem seltenen Dreibettzimmer übernachtet. Die Wasseranlagen sind normal, wie man sie auch im Susukino-Nakajima-Park-Gebiet findet. Auch Badesalz stand als Zusatzausstattung zur Verfügung. Auch das Begrüßungsgetränk finde ich erfüllend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas traurig, weil es kein Roastbeef oder Schweinefleisch mehr gibt, aber der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Meeresfrüchten, also ist es sättigend.

Front desk staff is very helpful. Staff noticed that when I arrived the hotel, they came out of the hotel and helped us to carry our luggage immediately. The sanitary and cleaness is excellence. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Sapporo

Very nice place. Good location. Near Odori park so very good for traveling with kids.

Wir bleiben insgesamt für 5 Nächte, es war ein schöner Ort zu bleiben. Stupendous Blick vom Fenster des Doppelbettzimmers. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der U-Bahnstation, es ist sehr wichtig, besonders auf einem schneeigenen Tag. Der Transport vom/zu dem neuen Flughafen Chitose war einfach mit Linienbus, aber beachten Sie den Zeitplan. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich. Wir lieben ein gesundes Frühstück im ersten Stock. Am letzten Tag, wir gingen sehr früh am Morgen, wir hatten eine schöne Sandwichbox anstelle des Frühstücks im Hotel. Der Preis ist vernünftig. Zusammenfassend waren wir so froh, unser 27. Jahrestag hier zu feiern.

Hotel direkt gegenüber dem Sapporo-Station, sehr bequem, das ist eine Verbindung vom Hotelboden zum Bahnhof unterirdischen, keine Sorge, wenn es schneit. Check-in war reibungslos, das Front Desk Personal ist freundlich. Sie bieten Gepäckspeicher, nutzen Sie einfach Ihre Kredite zu verriegeln und entschlossen, wir waren 2 Tage nach Hakotate weg, sie erlaubten uns, unsere große Gepäckspeicher bis wir zurück und ins Hotel gecheckt für eine Nacht, bevor wir Hokkaido verlassen. Wird in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn ich nächstes Mal in Sapporo

Relatively clean, though it is evident that the hotel is quite old. The room and toilet were cosy. One main upside to this hotel is that they offer free drinks (coffee, tea, red/white wine, fruit juice, and hotel-made soup) from 1pm to 7pm, which is free flow as long as you are a guest at the hotel. There are also two fine dining restaurants at the top two floors, one of which is teppanyaki-style. There is also breakfast buffet at Lvl 5 which is quite nice.

Ausgezeichnet! Liebe das Hotel und bequem gelegen. Nehmen Sie den Flughafenbus und Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel und wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Sapporo Station auch machen es zugänglich zu jedem Teil der Stadt. Auch Einrichtungen sind gut ausgestattet. Spa und Onsen befindet sich im oberen Stock und kostenfreier Zugang für Hotelgäste. Sicherlich meine Wahl zu bleiben in Sapporo!

2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.
