Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr nahe dem Flughafenbusstation und dem Fahrstuhl der Nakajima Koen Station. Es ist auch sehr nahe dem unteren Teil des Suskino-Bezirks und es gibt eine Menge von Restaurants wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war ok, wir hatten schon ein besseres Frühstück, aber ehrlich gesagt ist das Frühstück tatsächlich sehr gut für diesen Preispunkt. Geschmackvolle Eiscreme ist während des Frühstücks verfügbar und es ist aus der Niseko Takahashi Farm. Im Lobby ist eine Kaffeewinkel und trinkt Getränke von 3-10pm iirc.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Vor 々 Ich lebte 2 Nächte, weil die Kommentare sehr hoch waren. Die Briefe des Personals, die Einrichtungen sind reichhaltig, die Klarheit, das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe und der Mund sind großartig. Second time staying here again in Sapporo, this time with my family! Location and service was fantastic the last time I stayed with my partner ✨ free hot bath that’s cozy and clean is also a plus! Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀 Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure! Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.
