It is good to be here at Best western sapporo odori koen. You can go both Susukino and Odiri area within walk distance. Staff are very friendly and informative. Will choose to stay here again if any chance in Sapporo. Room size larger than other regular hotel with baggage space

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Good stay at this hotel. Like it. Convenient area where you can get to your destination easily.

Strategic location, only 100m walk to Tanukikoji and nearest Subway station Susukino. Family Mart convenience store below the hotel for emergency food and drinks supplies. The room itself was spacious and relatively bigger than other hotels in Sapporo, equipped with microwave, washing + dryer machine. It was also clean. If required, you could also request for extra bowls / cutleries from the front desk, which we did. The microwave was a lifesaver as we spent our new year eve and new year day there and most restaurants were closed. Only downside is the hotel doesn't have a hot spring. The staff also understandably didn't allow us to store our big bags overnight as we were staying at Furano for a night before coming back to Sapporo again.

Rooms are equally well-maintained, but with a curious caveat: in-room amenities are minimal. Retrieving extras like a toothbrush or comb requires a trip down to a slightly inconveniently located amenity station near the lobby. While this quirk slightly disrupts the flow, the hotel's location and cleanliness remain strong selling points. A perfect choice for those prioritizing convenience, but be prepared for a minor amenity treasure hunt.

Experience of Staying at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo The location of the hotel is excellent. It's right on Rikkyo Street 1, making it very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. You can easily start your exploration of the city. The rooms are simply decorated but kept clean and tidy. The air conditioner works well for both cooling and heating, ensuring a high level of comfort. The lounge on the second floor is a pleasant surprise. It is equipped with a microwave for heating food, and there is also fragrant coffee available at any time. Whether it's for breakfast or during leisure moments, you can enjoy it to the fullest. The front desk thoughtfully provides beard trimming tools, toothbrushes, and face towels, which you can pick up by yourself. It's extremely user-friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for friends traveling to Sapporo.

The location is fine, right next to the TV tower. We are a family of 4 so the room is not very big. However, overall it is clean. The only comment is that I tried to ask for an extra blanket but it’s not available.

The room is kinda small for 3 pax and on sen spy need to pay? Come on! I stay ur others hotel in Tokyo need not pay a penny. Very polite staffs and servicer but only Japan can communicate. If can have a staff or two knows English at least we could be extend. Looking forward to Hokkaido again in next year Feb 2024.

Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station. Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza. The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry! Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

Relativ zentral gelegens Hotel in Sapporo. Die Rezeption ist durchgehend besetzt, da die Schlüssel bei verlassen des Hotels dort abgegeben werden (und beim Wiederkommen eben abgeholt) Der Sapporo TV Tower als auch der Bahnhof sind, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, durchaus auf diesen zu erreichen. Das Frühstück selbst ist in Ordnung. Jedoch ist der Blick aus dem Frühstückslokal im 15. Stock über Sapporo sehr schön.
