Das Hotel MyStays Sapporo Station ist ein tolles Hotel in Sapporo. Es war sauber und liegt in der Nähe der JR-Bahn und der U-Bahn. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Alles, was in der App angezeigt wurde, stimmte. Das Hotel liegt so nah am Bahnhof von Sapporo, man kommt überall super hin! Einfach toll!

Das Hotel ist sauber. Der Check-in erfolgt über einen Automaten, und es liegt in der Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Sapporo.

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Nordausgang des Bahnhofs Sapporo entfernt – ideal für Reisen mit diesem Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist mit einer kuscheligen Duffy-Decke und einem Memory-Foam-Kissen ausgestattet. Ein Check-in- und Check-out-Automaten erleichtern den Ablauf.

Great location convenient to go to Sapporo Station and even walk to Odori, afew convenience stores nearby. Check in was smooth, staffs were nice and friendly, able to store luggage before check in and after check out. This room i booked is spacious enough to open up 2 big luggages and still have enough space to walk. Amenities were great, even have a full skincare set, brand of the skincare and soaps used were DHC, first time use hotel shampoo and conditioner that made my hair so smooth dont even need hair oil 🤣

Need to be patient with the receptionist when talking to them as their English is just so so.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station. Very convenient and clean. If you leave the sign not to have daily cleaning, they will leave towels, packets of tea and bin liner in a brown bag and hang it at your door knob. Appreciate it :)

Check in is strict, we are not allowed for any early check in. But check in & check out process is fast. Amenties is great. I took some additional amenties home cause its so nice to use!

We had a good overall stay at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for two adults, making it comfortable for our stay. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the room. Additional items like toner, lotion and cleanser can be taken from the hotel lobby. A hair dryer is also available in the room. (I don’t recall seeing a fridge, so do check if that is important to you.) The hotel also provides shared facilities such as microwaves, vending machines, and washing and dryer machines located on different floors, which is convenient for longer stays. Our stay included breakfast, served on Level 14. The buffet offers a decent variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Do note that breakfast ends at 9am, so it’s best to go early. The location is very convenient. The hotel is near the North Exit of Sapporo Station. The closest exit is Exit 9, but it involves three flights of stairs. If you are travelling with large suitcases, it is easier to walk about 200 metres to the main North Exit, which has better access. The walk is generally easy, though it can be slightly challenging in winter when snow covers the sidewalks. Sapporo Station is connected to several malls and underground shopping areas, making it very convenient for dining and shopping close to the hotel. The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (we used it for same-day storage), which was very helpful. They also work with a third-party luggage delivery service that can send your suitcases to another location (eg, your next hotel) for a fee. Delivery usually requires at least one day, so you will need to plan your itinerary accordingly. This is a useful option if you prefer not to carry large suitcases while travelling between cities. The hotel provides two types of pillows (one soft and one firm). If you are particular about pillow firmness, you may find them either too soft or too hard, so do take note. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient choice for staying near Sapporo Station.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to both the JR station and metro via the underground passages near exits 9 and 12. Convenience stores and restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding area, making it very practical for daily needs. The room size is typical for hotels in Japan—compact but comfortable. Most importantly, the room was kept very clean, and the housekeeping service was reliable, with daily attention that added to the overall pleasant stay.

Good location , near JR Sapporo , has Family mart opposite the hotel.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained and very clean. They provide toiletries including face cleansing, toner and face cream which is very handy. The room is a little small but ok if you don't have a lot of luggage.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was very convenient. The hotel is close to Sapporo Station. There are izakaya and yakitori restaurants right downstairs in the lobby area, and there’s a convenience store across the street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You can check in and check out using a self check-in machine, which was easy to use. The room was clean and not too small — it was actually great.

Amazing service, great location , good rooms. We got upgraded for free and checked out just a little late but the staff were reasonable and helpful. They also spoke good English.
