It is located right near the centre of Sapporo and very close to everything. The check-in and -out process was very smooth and the room was clean.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

The longest check in we had out of the 10 hotels we had stayed in on this trip to Japan. Receptionist couldn't communicate well. Breakfast was ok but staff wouldn't clean the table on a timely manner. We had to clean up it ourselves so we could sit. Location was close to attractions and convenient.

It locates in the middle between the Sapporo JR station and odori JR station, with around 10 minutes walk to each station respectively. The hotel is newly renovated so the room are new and neat. Overall it was a nice experience.

Koko hotel is clean and conveniently situated near the clock tower and entrances to the underground walkway. There are plenty of food choices around. There’s an izakaya that opens till late everyday and a few convenience stores located just a block away. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again if/when I’m in Sapporo again.

Really excellent location near Sapporo station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers discounts for some of them. The price was really reasonable, and staff were friendly. The room was modern and clean.

Everything was fine , since we went out all the day and only stay for nights. Is just that room size slightly small , but ok for me I brought three 24” luggage still can fit

The price is reasonable but the facilities are very few, e.g. The Hotel lobby is very small.
