Breakfast and dinner was so good! But be careful this hotel was so crowded with the tour group. We came down for dinner at the time provided but still need to queued for 30mins so we came a bot late for breakfast to avoid people. Onzen area are fantastic especially on 12fl with roof top. If you're an early person, please come to onzen it's less people.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The room arranged to us this time was newer. Large bathroom. Buffet dinner and breakfast were perfect despite that they provide fat infused beef... The view in the restaurant was stunning. Nice onsen. Near kokusai ski resort. You can get there by coach or taxi(20min).
Good location, clean room, full of facilities, good view from my room window. Dinner and breakfast make me feel like school canteen.

It is a big hotel and may accommodate several hundreds customers. The onsen area is huge and they have a big swimming pool. Lots of Food variety for buffet and the quality is good, especially you have all you can eat salmon roe for breakfast.
Overall, it was a very good stay—comfortable and relaxing. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and the open-air Onsen is a must-visit! The buffet quality is average.
Hotel is super big, tatami room is cozy (no complaint). The only thing i feel uncomfortable is the onsen cleaness as its just a huge hotels with so many people stayed there. Staff is very friendly. English speaking staff is a bonus for us.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room features traditional Japanese-style interiors but feels quite dated, including the furniture. On the positive side, the buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. A standout feature is the free shuttle service from Sapporo Station, which adds convenience for travelers. Overall, it’s a practical choice for its location and amenities, though the rooms could use some updates.
Jozankei View Hotel: A Return to Relaxation and Delight
Having recently returned from another stay at the Jozankei View Hotel, I couldn't resist sharing my positive experience once again. This wasn't my first visit, and it certainly reaffirmed my love for this incredible resort.
Highlights:
Indulgent Buffet Dinners: The star of the show remains the phenomenal buffet dinners. The variety and quality of dishes, spanning Japanese, Western, and even Chinese cuisines, is truly impressive. It's a feast for the senses and the stomach, leaving you fully satisfied and wanting more.
Water Paradise: The Water Kingdom Lagoon is a haven for water lovers of all ages. The massive indoor space features various slides, pools, and attractions, providing endless fun and entertainment.
Soothing Hot Springs: What's a trip to Jozankei without the hot springs? The hotel boasts vast indoor and outdoor baths, each with its unique charm and atmosphere. Immersing myself in the steaming waters, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, was pure bliss.
Delicious Breakfast Spreads: Breakfasts were just as impressive as the dinners, offering a diverse selection of Japanese and Western dishes to fuel your day's adventures.
Japanese Charm: I particularly enjoyed the lovely Japanese-style room. The traditional tatami mats, futon bedding, and overall ambiance instantly transported me to another world, enhancing the authentic Japanese experience.
