Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Der Bahnhof Sapporo ist sehr praktisch.

Great experience when meeting with the staffs, very near to train station and walking distance to most of the places of visit .

急遽札幌に滞在することになり予約を取り宿泊 エレベーターや部屋、共用スペースは綺麗で気持ちよく滞在できました。 洗濯機、乾燥機があるのもありがたかったです。

浴槽が狭かったがそれ以外は最高です。

太老舊，不過好在有個按摩椅！

I selected this hotel due to its promity to Sapporo Station and Odori Park where the Snow Festival is held, however the greatest down side of this hotel is that there is a flight of stairs of about 9 or 10 steps with odd angles from the street entrance to the reception ... no lift access from the street entrance to the reception, and I have to heave the luggage up myself (Soory only had vidoes that I cannot attached here ...) Also a rather dated hotel and another down side, is the moldy smell from the shower curtain in the bathroom. As it still uses the regulay room keys, I was asked to leave the key at the reception whenever I go out and there was once when I came back at noon, waited almost 5 minutes before I can get my key as the reception was unmanned. Probably all these explains its rate during the Snow Festival. However, this hotel is located not far from Grand Sapporo Hotel where the bus stop for New Chitose Airport bus is located, and this is the nearer option instead of going all the way to Sapporo Station for the bus if we are not taking the train.

Old retro beige wood and plastic cabinetry but extremely perfectly clean. I’ve stayed in not the cleanest hotels. This place, sheets were pressed and fresh. They give you a yukata cotton robe. One of the tiniest bathrooms but the price! Weird things: yes, steep brick flight of stairs to the first floor. You have to be able to lug your bag. But you have been taking a lot of stairs already in inaccessible Japan. It You

最高のドライヤー（ナノケアの最上級モデル）が置いてあり初めて使いました。渇きの速さと使用後のツヤツヤ感が最高でした。もちろんほかの書き込みにもありますが立地が良い点はうなずけます。地下の歩行空間までも近くのビルからすぐのアクセス抜群という好立地。コンビニもとても近くに多数あり、とても便利です。飲食店もよいお店が多いですね。赤レンガ広場には多分一番近いホテルだと感じました。ホテルの中も静かで寝具もとても良いものを使用していると感じました。とても良いホテルです。ありがとうございました。
