Wir hatten eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit den Dienstleistungen, dass die freien Flaschen Wasser nur für IHG Mitglieder waren und wir NICHT im Voraus informiert oder während wir angemeldet. Und die Hotelbeamten waren wirklich unverschämt, als wir versuchten, über diese Frage zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden gesagt: „Niemand kann Wasser bekommen, es sei denn, er ist Mitglied des IHG.“ Wir sind nicht so behandelt worden in jedem Hotel in Japan oder in der Welt unter allen Hotelgruppen. Dies könnte die schlimmste Erfahrung, die wir über ein kleines Problem hatten, aufgrund der schlechten Kommunikation mit dem Hotelserviceteam. Sehr enttäuscht über diese diskriminierende Hotelpolitik und wir würden nicht in der Lage sein, die IHG-Gruppe in Japan in irgendeiner Weise zu betrachten. The service at the front desk was very good. My friend lost her mobile phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in helping to translate and contact. Im Herzen von Sapporo, Sie sind nicht weit vom Bahnhof und verschiedene Aktivitäten entfernt. Personal war hilfreich und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

The room is clean and spacious and offers a good city view if you stay on a middle to high level. The provided service is good, and the checkout process is hassle-free. However, it's worth noting that there is no self-check-in available. On the downside, the hotel is a solid 10-minute walk from the JR station. Also, if you plan to explore the city center or visit food junctions, be prepared to walk a lot because they are about 1.2km from the hotel. On the other hand, it's important to note that the facilities are relatively limited as there are neither microwaves nor washing machines available, only laundry services with a premium price tag.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

Ich fühle mich jedoch gezwungen, eine Sorge über die Einstellung des Personals während meines Aufenthalts zu teilen. Es ist eine Schande, weil ich glaube, dieses Hotel hat ein enormes Potenzial, eine außergewöhnliche Gästeerfahrung zu bieten. Die Negativität der Mitarbeiter hatte einen bemerkenswerten Einfluss auf meine Gesamtzufriedenheit. Ich habe bei einer bestimmten Gelegenheit zwei Mitarbeiter gehört, die vor mir in Japan sprechen. Zu meiner Überraschung beinhaltete ihre Diskussion eine negative Bemerkung zu meinem Wasserantrag, obwohl ein anderes Mitarbeiter zuvor versichert hatte, dass ich jederzeit Wasser beantragen könnte. Dieser Vorfall war enttäuschend, da die unfreundliche Verhaltensweise der Mitarbeiter nicht nur das positive Bild Ihres Hotels widerlegte, sondern mich auch als Gast irritiert und beunruhigt. We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Great location and near train station and several shops and restaurants. Modern and nice hotel. Has a restaurant at the 2nd floor where check-in area is also located. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel staffs were generally friendly and accommodating. Left my jacket in the room and came back for it and got it. Downside: No daily cleaning of room but you can request for supplies like water and toiletries and new towels. We also requested for a late check-out but staff on duty was not very friendly and turned down my request even after explaining my side (we woke up late) and despite staying and paying for 5 days. It’s good someone who looks more senior staff heard me and allowed us to check-out 30 min later than usual check-out of 11am. Thank you The Knot Sapporo!

Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Odori Station with full metro connection. Also near Odori Park and TV tower. Room size is just be right for 2 but for too small for triple sharing. Airport Express bus stop is also a few minutes walk away. My ceiling lights above writing and coffee table were out of order, informed receptionist and the answer was negative, means it's always like that. We brought our own toothbrush instead of using those provided but was taken away by the housekeeper. We replaced it but the next day again they disposed it. Otherwise the hotel is ok to book.
