Nice ! Nice ! Nice! Nice !

Although the hotel's location in the city center is good, access and parking are difficult for this reason. Otherwise, the hotel is good and has very affordable prices. I recommend it.

Excellent location and room size. Everything was clean and service at the hotel was friendly and efficient. Amenities were very good but such a good hotel deserved another level of bath and shower products. Great to have a coffee machine and kettle at the room. Great balcony.

Отель в центре города. Немного потрепанный, но на одну ночь пойдет. Мы были на машине, когда приехали свободных мест на парковке не было, пришлось ставить на улице платно. Нам достался номер с потрясающим видом на крепость и город.

Localização excelente. Funcionário Renato Faustino de extrema simpatia e atenciosidade, atendimento espetacular. No entanto, os quartos estão com alguns elementos deteriorados, precisam de uma pequena reforma.

Excelente muito bom, eu gostei foi uma experiência incrível recomendo.

O funcionário da receção do Hotel Stay Torres Vedras, ligou-me à uma da manhã para o quarto, !!para saber se eu estava no hotel e em que agência tinha feito a reserva!! Segundo ele, a colega do turno anterior não o teria informado corretamente! Perguntei se não achava que deveria ter acordado a colega para se esclarecer, em vez do cliente. Sem resposta! Como me tinha que levantar às  seis da manhã para ir trabalhar, entre o sobressalto e a irritação, não consegui descansar!! Não me parece que isto alguma vez possa acontecer. Envie um mail para torresvedras@stayhotels.pt, procurando alguma explicação, sem resposta até agora! O que parecia episódio de inaptidão de um funcionário, é afinal a marca da casa!  Não houve uma explicação e demonstração de respeito pelo cliente, necessária, quanto mais não seja, porque é quem paga os ordenados dos funcionários do Hotel Stay Torres Vedras!

The hotel is nice enough but don’t expect too much. Our room (205) was spacious and had a lovely terrace with some very poor choice of furniture making the terrace rather an uninviting area. Our room was not cleaned properly - there were bits and spots on the carpet, and plenty of hair from previous guests in the bathroom that one could start making up a wig. The condition of maintenance of the room was lacking too and no thought seems to have been put into how to make the stay more practical ( no USB ports, no sockets near the bed to charge mobile phones, etc) The hotel has potential but it feels like the management ‘just doesn’t care’ that much. Fire doors were kept open on the first floor. Basic breakfast in terms of choice but a real positive: an espresso machine which made proper coffee. Sound insulation in the room was pretty poor too - you just have to hope for quiet neighbours.

This hotel was in the middle, the absolute middle, of Carnival. What fun! Raquel helped us from checking in, recommendations of where to go and eat, where to get a cheap Carnival costume, and what to expect with the mass of people at the front door. Oh, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the room excellent.
