Als ich und meine Frau 2011 das erste mal auf Santorini und im Kokkinos Villas waren, haben wir uns sofort in diesen Ort verliebt. Damals hatte das Hotel noch keinen Pool und war noch ganz einfach. Trotzdem hat einen damals schon allein diese Traumhafte Aussicht elektrisiert. Für uns hat man vom Kokkinos Villas die schönste Aussicht auf die gesamte Insel. Inzwischen waren wir schon öfters im Kokkinos Villas. Es ist toll diese Veränderungen über die Jahre gesehen zu haben. Ein Pool, Jucuzzis und andere Veränderungen haben das Hotel mit den Jahren der Zeit angepasst, ohne aber sein einfache natürliche Magie zu verlieren. Antonis und seine Familie sind ganz tolle Gastgeber. Sie sind immer sehr nett und haben immer sehr gute Tipps für die Insel. Für uns ist jeder Besuch wie als wenn wir nach Hause kommen.

Tolles, familiär geführtes Hotel bei Dorf Akrotiri, tolle Lage und Ausblick, gute, bequeme Betten, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gutes Hygienekonzept, Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, Strand direkt unterhalb des Hotels, zum Shoppen/Ausgehen kann man mit Bus/Mietwagen/Quad/Moped nach Oia/Fira usw. fahren. War toll dort, hat Spass gemacht!

One of the best hidden gem on the island. If you have rental car and enjoy to stay away form crowded area. The room is open to the sea ,exactly like the picture . The staff is very nice as traditional Greece people , and the breakfast is top notch.

Many of the reviews mention the stairs and if you take one thing away with you from this fabulous location it'll be well-worked calves! We had booked for just one night because we were island-hopping and wanted somewhere with a view for the final night before our flight. What a view. Oh my goodness...what a view. The owner upgraded us on arrival so rather than a two-bedroom apartment we got a two-bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Did I mention the view? It was stunning. Actually, considering we were literally in and out inside 18 hours, the owner could not have been more hospitable. There was a free bottle of wine, a free lift into town, a recommendation for a restaurant that turned out to be the best place we went all holiday and in the morning he drove his minibus down the cliff road so that we didn't have to drag our bags back up the hill to meet the taxi. All of this and he refused every single offer of a tip from us. If you're looking to stay somewhere that will take your breath away both literally and metaphorically then I cannot recommend Kokkinos Villas enough.

Wow, just wow! This place is what dreams are made of. It's not a luxury hotel you pay an arm and a leg for, but it's location, friendly staff and scenery our worth every penny. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quiet yet beautiful location within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops.

very lousy experience.When you send message to them, they don't reply. when you make a phone call to them, they are rude.The place is very far away from the central point, But unfortunately, they didn't have pick up service in airport. 很糟糕，因为定错了，想要跟他协商是否退款，发了邮件过去，他连理都不理，装作没有看到。 不可以退款我是能接受的，但是完全装作没有收到邮件，这样的行为真的很糟糕。 后来打电话过去问如何从机场接驳，也是爱理不睬的，态度非常糟糕。

We have just left after 7 days here. We had the jacuzzi room and the best views. The staff have been super friendly and very helpful. The village is a 5 min walk from the hotel and a bus stop just outside to take you to Fira (1.80E) We will definitely be back! Thank you Kokkinos
