Sehr gute Erfahrung! Ruhig und hygienisch können Sie sich die After-Sun-Behandlung in der Höhle im Hotel nicht entgehen lassen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Aussicht und eine gute Lage. Allerdings ist die Check-out-Zeit im Hotel zu früh um 11 Uhr. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, was nicht benutzerfreundlich ist. Auch das Frühstück war nicht besonders lecker.

Sehr schlechte Bewertung. Ich habe Dali in China gebucht. Die Ctrip-Plattform hat mir keine Tipps gegeben, um mir ein ausländisches Hotel zum Buchen zu empfehlen. Ich habe versehentlich Ihr Hotel im Ausland gebucht. Ich habe meine Passinformationen nicht angegeben, also habe ich bezahlt direkt. Der Zimmerpreis beträgt 13.418 Yuan. Nachdem ich herausgefunden hatte, dass ich das falsche Hotel im Ausland gebucht hatte, bat ich um eine Rückerstattung. Das Hotel, einschließlich Ctrip, kann keinen Cent zurückerstatten. Das ist völlige Erpressung der Verbraucher.

房間設計很合理舒服，大小也合適，有防水人字拖，房間用拖鞋，提供了果汁、葡萄酒。前台接待的女孩們很熱情友善。幫我們預訂了5小時的那種下午遊愛琴海的船。結束遊船後，讓司機把我們直接送到機場。 關於房間泳池，可以靠着泡着看海，一人躺下的長度都沒有；不能遊。 如果下午2:15或2:40酒店接去遊船，8點就可能被送到機場，訂晚上9:30的飛機都來得及。 我們定了晚上10:55回雅典的飛機，衹好早早地在機場等。 一晚4K多，酌💰訂。我衹訂了一晚。

離市區5千米+不租車的話不方便 有個停車場，也有充電車位 服務態度還可以就是質量不太好，SPA預約沒個方式，老是説可能 SPA的人一點力氣也麼有，強烈不推薦 早餐少的可憐 這個五星比不上國內3星，不推薦

酒店的房間全都是寬敞明亮的海景套房，都有獨立陽台和泳池。房間的設施和床上用品都是五星級酒店標準。前台和餐廳的服務絕對一流，幾乎是我體驗過最好的。酒店的位置在Oia也算是很好的，在泳池旁邊的餐廳享用早餐和晚餐都有非常棒的景觀。早餐和晚餐的質量也非常高。如果想在聖託里尼島上體驗高端度假，絕對值得一試。

除了價錢高之外沒啥毛病

Alles war perfect. Die Suite inkl Plunge Pool der Hammer. Service und Gastromie ebenfalls excellent. Die selbst kreierten Cocktails sind fantastisch. Ebnfalls sehr praktisch war, dass das Hotel zentral liegt, somit ist man sofort in Oia an der bekannten Promenade.

What a place! We were welcomed like family at check in. The staff is just amazing! The property is stunning setting on the cliffs. We were just kind of stunned the first few hours there. Everywhere you looked was a post card picture. We had to pinch ourselves. Our room was fantastic. We had our own plunge pool on our patio. Everything was clean and in good working order. My only slight complaint was the bed. Had a dip in the mattress that began to hurt my back. Part of getting old too! The room and patio was so nice we did not want to leave it to go do other things. I am not sure if this is normal or not, but every morning when we went to breakfast our house keeper would slip in and completely clean our room. Most mornings we were not at breakfast but about 45 minutes, but we would come back to a clean room. Outstanding service! We have never experienced that before. Our private pool was heated which was nice this time of year. The non-private pools are not heated and this time of year they are very cold. The bar and restaurant had excellent service. We were pampered constantly. The food and drinks were wonderful. We also had massages at the spa one day. That was an amazing experience as well. We were right at the end of their season. In fact we checked out the day the were closing for the season. The last day or two there were only 3 or 4 rooms occupied. They treated us like it was a full house right up until we checked out. That did not go unnoticed, as it could have been easy for them to slack as they were shutting down. We were treated the same up until we checked out. A big shout out to all the staff for that. We had an amazing trip, we highly recommend, and will hopefully visit again! It’s a long way for us because we are from Florida in the U.S.

The most beautiful suite we’ve ever stayed in. The outstanding staff anticipated our needs and delivered a heavenly stay. Not only the greatest view in Santorini but also the best terrace restaurant on the island. Oia on our doorstep added to our enjoyment. Lovely galleries, antiques and bars

Words and pictures alone cannot describe the beauty of Santorini. Add in the incredible staff, location and atmosphere at Canaves Oia Suites and we had the most magical three days of our lives. When you arrive you are greeted by and given a personal tour of the property by a staff member. This attentiveness continues throughout your stay where staff are either always nearby or a quick WhatsApp IM away from answering a question or providing a needed essential. From the amazing complimentary breakfast in morning where staff will never let a glass go empty and the service is prompt and friendly. If you choose to lounge by the pool you are immediately greeted by staff and your lounger is prepared with a fresh towel and a pitcher of cold water. Room Service is quick and the food is delicious if you dine in. The rooms themselves are beautiful and reflect the smooth white buildings that mark the hillside and each has an incredible view and a plunge pool. We would also recommend taking them up on their offer for transportation to and from, a bit more expensive than a taxi but worth the price. We cannot wait to go back!

Lengthy review but worth it…! In Santorini for the first time celebrating our honeymoon. Decided on the Canaves Oia Suites for a 4 day trip. I am a Hilton Diamond member and this property is part of the Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) partnership with Hilton. Upon arrival we were greeted by Joy (amazing host and my wife’s favorite person). She checked us in and gave us a tour of the property before showing us to our suite. We booked the Superior Suite with plunge pool. The suite we were given was nice and quaint; intimate actually, but kinda small and not like what we saw in the photos (more on that later). The room had great views of the caldera, was decorated nicely and lined with rose petals to acknowledge the purpose of our trip. In addition, they provided a nice card and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! Joy could sense that I was not 100% happy and asked what she could do to make things better. I told her the room wasn’t like the picture I had seen online and was missing the couch. Because each suite was built from caves, no two rooms are exactly alike. She did a great job of explaining the different layouts, but assured me she would go back to see if there was something else available. Within 5 minutes she called and said that they were booked for the day but will check again in the morning to see if another suite came available. She kept her word…! The next morning we received a call from Xenia (front desk manager…and my favorite person) to inform us that another suite was available and come to the office for a tour. She showed us the room and it was indeed bigger than the one we had and looked more like the one in the pictures online. I will be honest…we didn’t really get a chance to really notice the rooms as we were heading out to grab a bite before our tour. We agreed to move rooms and headed out for breakfast before rushing back to pack our belongings and go to our tour. Upon our return, our bags were in place and there was yet another gift for us. However, after settling in we realized that yes this room was bigger, but it wasn’t better. Although it was decorated similar to the first suite, it seemed detached from the rest of the resort and very hollow (there was kind of an echo). The views were not as good either and it did not seem as private. We were having a bit of buyer remorse and thinking we should have stayed in the first room. We got dressed for dinner and heading to the lone restaurant on the property (Petra). Before entering the restaurant we ran into the night front desk manager, Christof (wonderful person and very attentive). He asked how we were doing and if we were enjoying the stay. We said that we were having blast and how much we enjoyed Santorini. He asked if were happy with the room change and could tell we were NOT 100% satisfied. Cannot emphasize how amazing the service is at this place! The views are breathtaking indeed but it’s the staff and the privacy of the hotel that just make the stay absolutely perfect. The fact that this hotel is not right near the famous blue domes is a big plus. It’s quieter so you can relax more, and the rooms are spaced out so you don’t feel congested at all. We had a beautiful suite with a river pool and I just want to go back and revisit so bad. Praying this happens soon! Love this place! Highly recommend!
