Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und die Umgebung ist dunkel. Außerdem müssen Sie beim Check-in eine Steuer von 3 Euro pro Person und Nacht zahlen, was in erheblichem Widerspruch zu den auf der Ctrip-Plattform angegebenen Steuern steht.

Der Gastgeber des Hotels ist sehr begeistert, man kann sich bei Bedarf und Fragen an die Rezeption wenden und er hat uns bei unserer Abreise sogar eine Flasche selbst gebrauten Rotwein geschenkt, was wirklich super nett ist.

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

Wir hatten 5 Nächte in Santorini und haben mit der Villa Manos ein tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit klasse Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gefunden. Alles, vom Service über das Zimmer bis zum Frühstück, entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden es wieder so machen.

Erstens sind wir immer dankbar für ein Dach über dem Kopf. Aber wo soll ich anfangen … Meine Frau und ich checkten für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel ein. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir durch das Hotel begleitet, nur um dann wieder auf die Straße gebracht zu werden und unser Zimmer zu zeigen, das buchstäblich an der Straße lag (siehe Bilder). Dieses Zimmer lag an einer Durchgangsstraße für Lastwagen, Autos und Busse, Tag und Nacht. Als wir im Zimmer waren, bemerkten wir, dass es vier Einzelbetten gab, keinen Wasserkocher, keinen Tee oder Kaffee (wie auf ihrer Website angegeben), im Badezimmer konnte man den Schimmel riechen, der übermalt zu sein schien, und es war ziemlich veraltet (meiner Meinung nach). Wir waren auch unter dem Restaurant untergebracht, wo wir jeden Morgen und Abend das Kratzen von Stühlen hören konnten. Wann immer wir zur Rezeption gingen, um einfache logistische Fragen oder Wünsche zu stellen, war niemand da und wir mussten eine Telefonnummer anrufen. Was die Atmosphäre angeht, hatten wir das Gefühl, ständig vom Personal beobachtet zu werden, und fühlten uns nicht einmal wohl, wenn wir am Pool saßen. Nachdem wir uns mit anderen Gästen unterhalten hatten, hatten wir ein ähnliches Gefühl bei ihnen. Beim Auschecken, Sie haben es erraten! Niemand war an der Rezeption – SMH. Ach ja, ich darf die 21 Euro Steuern nicht vergessen, die wir zahlen mussten … in bar ohne Quittung, was für hochgezogene Augenbrauen sorgte. Santorini war wunderschön ☀️, dieses Hotel nicht. ✌

Excelent service, good staff from the owner and staff, delicious food in good price and good transportation to go anywhere… nice atmosphere in all rooms.. They gave many discounts and they gave us so much gifts, foods and they are always smiling😍 God bless this hotel coz for us, they are the best hotel in Santorini❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Aquino Family and Kumarites co & friends!

Staying here now and this place is a real gem. I’m a Group Manager for hotels and restaurants and I rarely leave reviews but honestly you won’t be disappointed. It’s a boutique feel with amazing staff, the cocktails here are great. The food has all been really nice, we ordered croissants for breakfast and they make them fresh, the girls also ordered pancakes and waffles and they really enjoyed them too. It is very family friendly but also has a bit of a cool vibe to it also. The pool is a lovely size and if you want can use the pool until 1am, my little girls are amazed they can swim in the dark. The bar and food I believe is served until that time too (although we are all fast asleep by that time). It’s very mixed in nationalities which is also really nice. Great location as not far from anywhere and the hotel sorted a car rental within a few hours for us which I would recommend as the island is so small that you should get out and explore. Cleaner has been in every day and is great. If you like a coffee in the morning then bring a travel kettle as non in the room or cups etc but they will happily give you a take away one at bar from 8am. Also a note, pool towels are available from reception. Honestly don’t think twice about coming here, we’ve travelled the world and this is a great find x

We spent just 4 hours in this wonderful hotel whilst waiting for our flight home having arrived from Naxos. We were welcomed like family. Our luggage was stored away and we spent the few hours swimming, sun bathing and then finished off our holiday with a beautiful meal looking out to the sea. A transfer to the airport was arranged and it was the perfect end to our wonderful Greek holiday. We'll stay in this hotel when we return to santorini as it's a real gem. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, will definitely be returning! The hotel is stunning, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We loved that the pool was open late and really enjoyed a late night swim! Would 100% recommend to anyone. Can't wait to visit again.

This hotel is great! It’s about 1 mile outside of Fira but the walk is easy and there is a bus stop 20 metres from the hotel, so location and accessibility is perfect. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. The room was very clean and really nice, had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely. The photos online of this hotel don’t do it justice. For the price we paid we thought it was excellent value. Don’t hesitate to book.

Fresh and great looking hotel with good value for money! We stayed only one night in between landing at the airport and taking the ferry for the archipelago. Conveniently located in the middle of the, the hotel arranges transportation. Friendly and attentive staff. Had the club sandwich for dinner and the yoghurt for breakfast, big portions and very tasty. Didn’t try the pool as we didn’t have the time, but it looked absolutely lovely. Would absolutely recommend staying here, we felt very welcomed.
