Schön, geräumig und sauber. Allerdings ist es ein lauter Ort.

Es liegt direkt vor dem Gili Turtle Point, sodass ich während meines 4-tägigen Aufenthalts jeden Tag mit Schildkröten schwimmen und Nemo-Freunde sehen konnte. Das Frühstück war köstlich und das Personal war schüchtern, aber freundlich. Obwohl die Unterkunft weniger zufriedenstellend war als auf Bali Bon Island, war ich zufrieden, in einem geräumigen Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage übernachten zu können. Allerdings war es störend, dass die Dusche repariert war. Empfohlen, wenn Ihr Ziel Schnorcheln ist :)

Es lohnt sich, im Hotel zu übernachten. Der Hof ist wunderschön und die Zimmer liegen direkt am Strand. Es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen Jeden Tag sonnen sich Menschen am Strand gegenüber dem Hotel und er erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit

Es liegt in der Nähe des Turtle Beach, den man leicht erreichen kann. Aber das WLAN wurde mehrmals unterbrochen und ich konnte mein Apple TV nicht mit dem Fernseher in meinem Zimmer verbinden, weil es keine HDMI-Anschlüsse hatte, alter Röhrenfernseher. Und sie haben meine Handtücher nicht gewechselt, weil die Handtücher nicht von Robok Island kamen. Ich habe das nicht verstanden.

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Ausgezeichnete Lage und privat. Das Personal war superfreundlich und sehr einladend. Würde hier wieder buchen!

Ich muss zugeben, dass ich nicht sehr glücklich war, als wir mit der Fähre ankamen und man uns sagte, dass wir unser Zimmer erst um 13 Uhr beziehen könnten, weil jemand einen späten Checkout gebucht hatte. Ich musste einfach da sitzen und warten, bis sie weg waren (3 Stunden). Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten, war es großartig. Das Zimmer ist riesig und alles funktioniert wie es soll, es wird jeden Tag gereinigt, es gibt zusätzliches Wasser und es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar war großartig und wir nutzten die Happy Hour, die fast den ganzen Tag dauerte, voll aus. Die Schildkröten waren direkt vor unserem Strand und man konnte einfach rausgehen und mit ihnen schnorcheln. Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht großartig, aber gut genug. Zum Frühstück gab es Eier, Pfannkuchen oder Indonesisch und davon jede Menge. Ich konnte nicht alles essen. Es ist ein ruhiges Ende der Stadt und man verpasst das totale Chaos rund um den Steg und den Pier. Dies wird unsere neue Lieblingsunterkunft auf Gili T.

Pros: Lovely big swimming pool. Beach front location within 15 mins walking to the main ***** of bars/restaurants but far enough away from the party noise. Rooms are spacious. Good happy hour drinks reasonably priced. Good enough accommodation for a low budget. Cons: Swimming pool beds and beach beds are rented out to the public so not always available. Very close to the mosque so you can hear the call to prayer at 4.30am (this will be the same for any hotel located in a good central place so take your ear plugs). Very basic room, tired and no hot water in the evenings on some nights. Cockroaches in our room. Breakfast was very basic with very little option for vegan- not even any soya milk. When we ask the staff they said none coming to the island even though we saw it in every shop. Staff were a little unprofessional and not super friendly like Bali but I think this is across the board for Gili T. Our check in was very quick, no warm welcome or any talk and no offer to help us two girls to our room with luggage. Overall I think if you’re looking for a middle budget accommodation and don’t have high expectations then this will be fine.

Well priced for the middle market, this place is perfect if you're not quite backpacking but also not looking for anything too expensive. The location is perfect for its demographic, near enough to the action that's a short 15-20min walk away but also far enough away that you won't have any sleepless nights. Everything is on offer here and its own website and the usual suspects give a fair representation I can't fault the customer service on anything, full marks here to all staff and a special shout out to Niptah who is an absolute legend. He is customer service personified. Speak to him if you need anything from laundry to anything more exotic. I reckon he knows 75% of the working population and they all love him, he'll get you a good price on sea kayaks and will advise you on the best night out on any day of the week, etc. I don't have much to compare against but did stay a few night in another resort and spoke to people about their experiences and my conclusion is that this is a solid choice for it's price range. I'd go back.

.... but needs an upgrade. Villa Unggul has the bare bones to be amazing with probably the best pool on Gili T; best location near Turtle Beach; big spacious rooms; nice layout and the friendliest Receptionist ever (who, by the way, works 24 hours, sleeps under his desk, and earns what you spend on three nights stay here a month!!!!!!!!). The housekeeping are awesome However, it needs some makeover. Reception needs a tidy, the bathrooms and upgrade and the breakfast and overhaul. Towels are a bit thin, sun lounger pads are splitting, bed isn't that comfy. If you're looking for a good hotel and are willing to look past some mould on the bathroom ceiling, then this is a good option

This review is for the restaurant and not the actual hotel. I am only writing this review as I had a very poor experience with one of the staff members here. With that said I also had a lovely experience with another staff member which is why I still am giving four stars. I came to use the loungers at the beach. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought me a coconut from another stall as they did not have any. All was good and I decided to order food and approached another staff member for a menu. This staff member was incredibly, incredibly rude. He told me that they weren’t serving food only drinks (I saw others had food). He then asked “if I am stupid and do I not understand English” when I questioned why I couldn’t receive a menu and stormed away. The original friendly staff member then brought me a menu; however, I choose to leave and eat somewhere else as I was so so out off by the rude male staff member. I work in hotels in hospitality and it was shocking to be spoken to this way by a hotel staff member. This individual should not be working in hospitality. I wish I got names so the friendly staff member could be credited while the rude one could be identified by management.

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Villa Unggul. Food and service was excellent. Beautiful big swimming pool and right across the road is a stunning snorkeling area where we saw turtles twice a day. In the quite area at night however just a short walk from pubs and restaurants. Certainly will be visiting this hotel again this year. Word of Caution - Do Not use Fajar Pagi Tour for fast ferry back to Bali. We paid for harbour shuttle service on arrival at Bali only to discover that we need to pay an additional 400 000k for our taxi to Kuta. An absolute rip off and when we tried to call him....no answer....he has a kiosk towards the harbour in Gili T....best walk on right past ( and he was not cheap hence we thought we were obtaining a good service) Fajar Pagi Tour is a SCAM

I added a couple of nights on Gili T to my holiday on a whim and randomly chose Villa Unggul. And I'm so glad I did! The (very small, boutique) resort was so comfortable and clean and the location was second to none. It was great to have beach chairs and tables available as well as a pool area. The main snorkelling area is right in front of the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, with a large soft bed and big bathroom. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only request would be two more pillows on the bed (for a total of four). I would absolutely stay here again. TIP: If you walk about 150m south of Villa Unggol (towards the main town area) there is a sandy area that makes it easier to enter the water, as other areas have a lot of coral.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo ed abbiamo potuto sfruttare le sdraio più ombrellone gratuitamente. tavoli sulla sabbia, menù vario, da segnalare l' ottimofiletto. servizio attento e puntuale, grazie al simpaticissimo Robinson da Lombok!!!
