Traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel, with nice delicious Japanese-style cuisines for breakfast and dinner. Location is not too near JR station, but it just takes around 15-minute drive or 30-minute bus to get there. They also provide drop off / pickup shuttle bus service. Will consider returning again!

While the establishment may be older, the feeling is one of traditional charm, and the service is absolutely top-notch. 🌟 Service Above and Beyond The service provided here truly sets a gold standard. The staff's kindness was evident from the moment we arrived—or, rather, from the moment we should have arrived! Allowing me to check in at 1 AM was an act of generosity and flexibility that is rarely seen and speaks volumes about their commitment to the guest. The entire team was attentive and provided the best service throughout the stay. ♨️ Misasa Onsen: A True Retreat The Misasa Onsen itself lives up to its legendary name. The baths were fantastic and perfectly maintained, offering a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience. This is what you come to Misasa for, and the ryokan delivers on the promise of a great onsen. 🦀 Culinary Delight The meals were a highlight of the trip. The great crab was fresh, expertly prepared, and incredibly satisfying. The dining experience perfectly complemented the restful atmosphere of the ryokan. In Summary

酒店服務好好 一到埗就6個人沖出黎幫我地拎行李同泊車，又有員工帶我地遊覽旅館一圈。 房外景色亦很好。 有3個塞內和一個室外溫泉。 哩一美中原足既係其中一間房廁所抽氣有問題 經常有臭味 搵左經理都解決5到 又因為滿左冇得調房 另一間房門口天花有好大灘水漬，但5影響使用。 值得推薦。

酒店雖然有一點歷史，但是房間明顯有重新裝修過，而且還有幾個浴場可讓住客使用，職員服務也很好，很細心，而且價錢不算太貴，10分值得入住。

酒店有接送站，到站以後司機就會舉着牌子迎，到了以後前台就直接幫忙辦理入住介紹酒店設施。我們訂的是榻榻米房間，面積還算可以，不過外面沒有風景，是面對着另一個建築。酒店温泉池子很多，有四個，還有三個私人付費的。晚餐和早餐的餐食都很豐富，大多數都很好吃除了烤魚，感覺做的時候把魚膽弄破了特別苦。想去三德山投入堂玩的話要趁早，可以坐巴士或者去遊客中心租助力自行車。

這是一間歷史悠久的日式溫泉旅館，即便是完全不懂日文，也能順利且舒適的入住，登記入住後前台人員非常親切且有禮貌地簡單介紹館內設施。房內備有多頭充電線以及延長線，房內熱水使用約30公升不到的儲熱式熱水泵，若兩位以上住客接連梳洗需等候熱水再加熱。可以感受到整個旅館雖有年歲，但維持的非常有特色，在寒冷的冬天泡上熱騰騰的溫泉，在這個小巧溫馨的旅館內，是這趟旅程最幸福的時間。

非常滿意和舒適的一次温泉酒店體驗，從到步開始就有工作人員用英文寫介紹設施，不用擔心溝通困難，房間空間足夠大，私湯設施也很舒服，除了私湯外還有四個公共湯。晚飯和早餐食物量足夠大，味道中規中矩。有機會還會再去噢！
