Perfect location, just outside the mall. Can pass through behind going to the mall on the 2nd level.

Had a short last-minute 1 night stay. Staff service was excellent. Friendly and always ready to assist. They even set up an anniversary surprise. Thumbs up to Trip.com and Nagoya Hill Hotel.

Excellent reception service- whatever request I asked in trip.com - not facing the roadside, high floor, interconnecting room, the counter guy has met all my request. The restaurant services was great too. The food has a lot of variety and they will top it up before it was empty. The lobby is grand and the conceige is also helpful. This is our second stay in this hotel. Will come again

The Buffet Breakfast food is nice. The hotel location is near the shopping mall . The reception staff service is good.

The hotel is good  Location is good for shopping at Nagoya shopping  Just in front the hotel the breakfast many things to Choice  Only the spa massage is pool  24hour but we book the trimming  Still need to wait 30 min  N the blanket is a old towel   I startled

Enjoyed the location, convenient. Hotel was relatively clean. Room was a good size.

I don’t expected the New Year firework just infront of the window it’s so spectacular. The food so much improvement and so much varieties  The room already upgraded and nice This hotel is super convenient just few steps to Nagoya Mall and a lot of spa and hair saloon Recommended for those love shopping 

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Although old hotel but we'll maintain. Breakfast was good

All shift front desk staff, bell boys, staff & all were courteous & helpful. Even help us to order local food via grab food svc. We got to check-in early which we appreciate very much as we arrived early. Requested to checked out abit later too so that we can do our prayer for awhile. Our room's booking was given as per requested - non smoking level, high floor & near lift. The view was great too. The only down side is - because the hotel is near the main road, it's abit noisy due to traffic. Do not recommended if you're a very light sleeper.

Breakfast has many varieties. Location is great. Just beside Nagoya hill mall and their service is excellent.

2nd time staying this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Good location, easy access to nearby malls and massage ctrs, Grab service is super fast!! I like to stay this hotel bcos its clean, comfortable bed, blanket and pillows. Toilets are clean, Tv program good, Other malls are just nearby via Grab. In batam, this is my preferred hotel to stay 👍👍👍👍
