4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Rein, modernes Hotel nicht zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Aber das Ausflugszentrum mit dem Hotelshuttle war nicht einfach, da die Anweisungen des Hotels ambigu und nicht klar waren. Allerdings war die Eincheckung schnell, einfach und kam mit einem Lächeln. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war sauber, ziemlich groß mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Anden; das Badezimmer war modern und die Dusche hatte einen guten Druck. Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine separate Bar und das Restaurant ist nützlich mit wenig Atmosphäre; obwohl das Essen gut ist und die Server sehr freundlich und hilfreich waren. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit dem üblichen Preis (obwohl das heiße Essen und Kaffee vielleicht heißer gewesen wären) und der üblichen kalten Ausbreitung von Käse, Hanf usw. Bei der Schreibzeit, wenn Covid-Tests für die USA erforderlich sind, ist ein großer Plus eine Covid-Teststelle im Lobby - unsere Ergebnisse wurden in zwei Stunden erhalten. Ein gutes Hotel und eins, das ich bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Chile zurückkehren würde. Und ein besonderer Schrei an Francisca auf dem Front Desk, der so sehr angenehm war und ging aus ihrem Weg, um hilfreich zu sein.

Mein Partner und ich hatten eine sehr gute Zeit im Hotel AlmaCruz. Es ist voller Charme, ich genossen wirklich den Stil. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war perfekt, sie halfen uns wirklich gut, ein Taxi zu organisieren. Eines der Highlights war ein von Cynthia organisiertes Weingeschmack. Es umfasst auch einen Besuch der privaten Sammlung des Museums mit viel Informationen über die chilenische Geschichte. Wir haben 4 interessante Weine aus verschiedenen Regionen des Landes versucht, mit einem schönen Appetitzer. Danke für alle Mitarbeiter, hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist gut und man findet alles um in den Tag zu starten. Es gibt Sim Karten direkt an der Rezeption und muss nicht extra noch einen Shop aufsuchen, was sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Wir fanden leider viele alte Papiere, sticker von Flügen und Haare im Bad oder verteilt im Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und man viel immer in die Mitte. Außerdem hat es aus dem Bad sehr streng nach dem Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Der Geruch ging auch nach drei Tagen nicht weg. Es kann sehr laut werden da die Wände sehr dünn sind und man die Straße mitbekommt. Das ist aber nicht das Problem des Hostels, sondern liegt einfach an der Lage.

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

Mein Mann und ich blieben im Exekutivzimmer für 5 Nächte im Januar-Februar 2020 während des Urlaubs rund um Südamerika. Positives: - ein massives frisches, sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit schönen Aussichten - gutes Frühstücksbuffet - gutes WiFi - freundliches Personal, außer für das Frühstückspersonal, das ein wenig entfernt war. - in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum U-Bahnhof. Wir haben viel gebraucht, und das funktionierte gut. (Taxifahrer jedoch kämpfen, das Hotel aus irgendeinem Grund zu finden.) - eine schöne Cocktailbar auf dem Dach. Negative: - wir hatten wiederholte Probleme mit fehlendem warmem Wasser in der Dusche. Nicht akzeptabel. - Wir mussten vier Mal fragen, ob unsere Wäsche geholt werden. - kein Zimmerservice für Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Wir reisen drei Monate und manchmal sind Sie zu müde, um fürs Essen zu venturen. Wenn es eine Geschäftsreise gewesen wäre, wäre ich absolut verärgert gewesen, da ich tendenziell ein Zimmerservice Abendessen habe, um einen Moment Ruhe und Einsamkeit zu bekommen. Einfach unentschuldbar, nicht diesen Service zu bieten. - Musik aus der Cocktailbar, die eine Nacht in unser Zimmer gebracht wurde, die Hörschneider benötigten (wir waren auf der höchsten Etage). - Die Cocktailbar ist verständlich sehr beliebt mit den lokalen. Während ich das Hotel voll unterstützen, auch einen Platz für die örtlichen Personen bereitstellen, hätten einige Tische (sowie Sonnenunterkünfte während des Tages) ausschließlich für die Zahlung von Hotelgästen vorbehalten sein müssen, Weil es sehr schwierig war, einen Ort in der relativ kleinen Gegend sowohl am Tag als auch am Abend zu fangen. (Das Hotel schien, den Tagespool an Nicht-Gäste zu verkaufen.) - um herauszufinden, riefen wir den Konzern, um jemanden zu bitten, uns zu helfen und zu kommen, um unsere Gepäck zu holen. Zu unserer Überraschung haben sie uns mitgeteilt, dass dieser Service nicht erbracht wurde (?!) und dass sie um Erlaubnis von jemandem höher zu bitten, um jemanden zu schicken, um uns zu helfen. Ich dachte, es war ein Witz zuerst, es klang so absurd. Als wir uns anmeldeten, gab es einen Klingelnboy, der automatisch all unsere Gepäck genommen, so eine große Show über die Bereitstellung dieses bei der Abreise war nur sehr merkwürdig. Alles in allem, ein solides vier-Sterne-Hotel.

Sehr gut Hotel sehr nahe dem Geschäft und U-Bahnhof . Sehr freundlich und sorgfältig Personal . Das komfortable Zimmer, auch wenn die Klimaanlage etwas laut . Ideal für Geschäfts- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist neben einem Park . Es verfügt über einen Pool .
