Wot Sintra Sarrazola

Quarto é pequeno, sem varanda. Banheiro minúsculo. Café da manhã bem simples, poucas vagas de estacionamento... Com exceção do atendimento dos funcionários, que foi muito bom, acho que o hotel poderia ser bem melhor pelo preço cobrado.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which has a great value for money. It has a good location in a green area, not far from the sea or Sintra. There is a bus stop nearby, with a very regular service to Sintra and Cascais. Cabo da Roca is only fifteen minutes away. Parking spaces at the hotel are limited but there is a free parking close to the hotel. The hotel has no restaurant but you can order some dishes such as lasagna and pizza, and there are several restaurants at walking distance. Be careful though: the road is very busy and there are no sidewalks everywhere. We particularly appreciated the hotel atmosphere which was very relaxing and homely. We had chosen a room without terrace, it was small but very cosy and clean. We didn't feel the small room was a shortcoming, since the hotel has plenty of enjoyable seating areas, a beautiful terrace and a spacious garden. The acoustic is rather bad and we were afraid that the noise from the seating area would interfere with our sleep, but this was not the case at all. On the contrary, it was very calm and quiet at night. This might be different during the summer season. The breakfast buffet was just fine, not very elaborate but with fresh products and good coffee. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. The bar offers a limited choice of drinks at good prices. In sum, this is a great hotel if you want to relax and enjoy your holiday in a familiar atmosphere.

We only spent one night at WOT Sintra. The place was beautiful and bed super cozy! The staff were very friendly and so helpful in assisting us to get back something that we accidently forgot in our room upon departure. We would definitely go back if we visit Sintra again.

Nice hotel near Sintra and Lisboa. Quiet location, it lacks a restaurant when you don’t want to move at night

I went there from 14 until 16 of January and I had an amazing experience. This hotel is so good, calm, comfortable, perfect for a good couple moments, has a good food, cleaning, location from Sintra City with so many castles and medieval era places to know. And what I have to say about the staff? OMG! Everybody is wonderful hosts! I just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all! Keep going this way I really wanna to come back as soon is possible :)

Great hotel for Portugal discovery trip- close to Sintra, large family room (with 2 bathrooms), wonderful breakfast, free car parking, nice view from the hotel, nice common area with the piano :) Welcoming staff:) Thank you!

Clean, quiet and comfortable place with an amazing garden and impressive views over the Sintra National Park. Very polite and helpful staff. Despite the availability of a nice vintage tram and a bus nearby, having a car is advisable (as in most regions of the country).

Beautiful place with awesome surrounded areas. The rooms are really comfortable with everything you need. Friendly and welcome staff. The location in perfect, near the ocean and the mountain, from there you can easily spend one day at the beach or visit the heart of Sintra
