Das Els Pins Resort auf Ibiza ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung ! Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer und eine Mega-Aussicht ! Das Frühstück ist völlig in Ordnung, das Abendbuffet kann man machen, gibt auch auch schöne Restaurants in der Nähe, parken ist gebührenpflichtig

Wahr für 9 Tage im els pins resort und spa.hat mir sehr gut gefallen sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer und auch alles andere sehr sauber.gutes Frühstück.2 Dinge haben mir trotzdem nicht gepasst. Das erste wahr die poolbar wo ganz arrogante Frauen arbeiten ich musste so lange auf mein Bier warten alle anderen wurden vorher bedient.und das Bier wurde mir einfach hingeknallt.aber das restliche Personal sehr freundlich.das 2 was mir nicht gepasst hat wahr die dunkelhäutigen Verkäufer mit ihren Uhren Sonnenbrillen und all der ramsch was sie verkaufen wollen.kommen immer und immer sogar in die Anlage und belästigen die Gäste!!Ich würde diese Verkäufer sofort verjagen.aber alles sonst super Urlaub danke für alles.bis zum nächsten Mal.liebe Grüße aus der Schweiz

Besuch in der Vorsaison, laut Life Guard allerdings schon gut besucht. Trotzdem war am Pool genügend Platz, beim Abendessen sowieso. Teilweise ist das Hotel ziemlich gut, insb. auch, wenn man die Preise vergleicht. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer Upgrade. WI-FI ist eher schwach, lokale Familien, bei ihren privaten Feiern lassen ihre Kinder rumtoben, private Musik am Pool ist explizit zulässig, was ich nicht verstehen kann, da es bereits Musik bei der Poolbar gibt. Die Bar ist ok, das Personal gab sich Mühe, war aber zeitweise einfach zu wenig. Frühstück gut, Nachtessen OK, bzw. besser als oft beschrieben, aber schnell kalt. Cala Pinet Strand nahe. Pool sehr gut. Billard, Tischtennis, Volleyballfeld. Spa und Fitnessgeräte nicht benutzt. Zimmer gut, eigentlich auch wenig Lärm, teils rutschige Böden.

Great family hotel! We stayed here as a family of 3. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were friendly and very helpful and they made a fantastic pina colada! We did go out of season so the pool was too cold to swim in and they didn't have any kids clubs or entertainment on but that suited us perfectly. The spa facilities were good too we booked a massage and the lady was fab. Overall a great relaxing break. I'd definitely stay here again.

currently writing this on our last night here , came with my boyfriend for a week get away best things we were checked in very quickly within 5 minutes, entered the room and everything was great and clean , the downside is definitely the food we only stayed as bed and breakfast but we did regret it as every morning the food was freezing cold by the time we had sat down to eat it not what i’d expect from a hotel especially not a 4* one , we were on a budget as to why we wanted to get breakfast at hotel but we wish we didn’t as it wasn’t the best experience but all the staff were lovely. another thing is the air con i’m not sure if i was doing something wrong but it just didn’t work and i hate to complain to staff so just dealt with it but it did get hot in the rooms on the nights only one other thing was the cleaners our room kept getting missed out for some reason even though i put the door handle sign on to be cleaned had to ask reception to get clean towels atleast as we just wanted to get showered after a day at the pool with clean towels but other than this it was great not too loud on the nights just standard things you’d hear like footsteps all night but that didn’t bother us we still got a good sleep every night.

just returned on 18/04/24,from going into hotel ,it was all modern the open plan area was beautiful,there is 2 pools 1 is on the beach lovely with the sea view,,2 small nos,1 is don't sell beer eg guiness or english just lager.2 is no entertainment which if anyone can't go out to walk ,could be a long night with no entertainment,would definetly return for another holiday,many thanks...a super

Excellent hotel to visit as a couple located on beach front and ideal to walk either into San Antonio Bay or to the West End it was quiet as expected but we booked it purposely for this reason the hotel did not disappoint we had clean towels every day. The rooms have been refurbished to accommodate the toilet and shower into the room behind a glass door this is not to everyone’s satisfaction however enabling sufficient privacy. We would be looking to return again

On arrival we were surprised to see the hotel was even better in person than on pictures, it is absolutely beautiful, so clean, modern and one of the nicest we have been to. Lovely drink on arrival and fantastic spacious bedrooms with an even better shower! Breakfast was lovely with lots of options too- we went as a family for my sons 21st- last day was a let down, on his 3rd visit to the spa(at an extra cost) he had his phone stolen! We looked everywhere and reported this to reception staff at the spa and also main reception- they didn’t seem very interested and told us to phone the police, I asked them to check the cctv? They then got very defensive and spoke in Spanish between them selves? They said non residents can use the spa and they don’t take details so couldn’t help? We obviously called our phone company and blocked the phone and went to the police who were even more unhelpful and rude, and just gave us a form to fill out! Unfortunately we flew home the day after and heard nothing! The staff could have been a little more helpful and sympathetic.
