During our recent stay at the hotel, my expectations were unfortunately not met, largely due to what I found to be significant oversights and, at times, concerning behavior from some members of the hotel staff. As someone who has had the privilege of traveling to over 76 countries and has been a guest at numerous top-tier hotels worldwide, I believe I have a comprehensive understanding of the standards that one should anticipate from establishments that pride themselves on excellence in hospitality. The experiences that stood out during my stay were not in line with these standards. From the onset, the reception was less than warm. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, in the hospitality industry, it's paramount to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued. Regrettably, this was not the impression I received. Further, there were several operational glitches that marred the experience. For instance, our room service orders were either delayed significantly or mixed up on more than one occasion. Additionally, basic amenities that one would expect to be replenished daily, such as toiletries and towels, were often overlooked. These might seem like minor issues in isolation, but when combined, they paint a picture of a system that is not functioning as seamlessly as it should be. Moreover, during our interactions with the hotel staff, there were instances where their behavior left a lot to be desired. Professionalism, in my opinion, extends beyond just performing one's job duties—it encompasses how one communicates, addresses concerns, and ensures that guests are having the best possible experience. On several occasions, when we raised concerns or made requests, the responses we received were either dismissive or lacked the necessary urgency. This was not only surprising but also disheartening, considering the reputation of the hotel. Furthermore, the general ambiance of the hotel did not resonate with the relaxing and refreshing experience one would expect. Whether it was the noise levels in the common areas, the upkeep of the facilities, or the lack of attention to detail in areas such as dining or leisure activities, the overall feel was that of a place that was not operating at its peak potential. Now, I do not write this review with the intention to disparage but to provide feedback that could be constructive. The foundation of the hospitality industry is built on the experiences and feedback of its patrons. While the physical aesthetics of a hotel play a role in its appeal, it's the intangibles—like service quality, staff behavior, and operational efficiency—that truly define a guest's stay. Given my extensive travels and experiences, I found the current state of affairs at this hotel to be notably different from the premier service I've grown accustomed to at other renowned establishments. Good experience. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staffs were friendly and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was good with many of selection for choice. The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to the centre of Johannesburg. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent facilities and a convenient location.

Sehr enttäuscht nach unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel DaVinci. Ich war sehr auf diesen Aufenthalt ausgerichtet, da ich noch nicht in diesem Hotel geblieben habe, und es war auf meiner Liste, Check-in dauerte ziemlich lange, was mich nicht zunächst störte, aber endlich ein Verstärkungsfaktor nach allem, was ich getan habe, war, Wir hatten online gebucht und es dauerte nahezu eine Stunde, bis wir eingecheckt wurden und unsere Zimmerschlüssel gegeben haben, wir haben diese Zeit um sich umzusehen. Als wir endlich in unser Zimmer kamen, verließen wir schnell alles und gingen zum Keller, dann hatten wir Abendessen, wir kamen relativ spät zurück und erst nachdem wir wieder kamen, bemerkten wir, dass das Bett 2 Einzelbetten zusammen gedrückt war, Obwohl wir für ein Deluxe Kings Zimmer reserviert und bezahlt haben, muss ich sagen, ich habe die Zeit des Abends durch die 2 Betten verbracht, als ich versuchte, meine Dame zu zerstören, so habe ich nicht viel Schlaf, um zumindest zu sagen. Als wir morgens aufwachen, brauchte ich einen Kaffee, um mich nach der Nacht, die ich hatte und Lo, zu wecken und sieh, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht! An diesem Punkt kann man sich die Frustration vorstellen.. so haben wir uns geklebt und gingen zum Frühstück, der Prozess der einfachen Kaffee nahe 40 Minuten, lassen Sie die Nahrung kommen! Wir stiegen auf und gingen aus, weil wir Pläne für den Tag hatten und nicht erwarteten, über eine Stunde auf unser Frühstück zu warten! Das kalte Essen, das am Buffet zur Verfügung stand, war auch sehr trocken, aber wir haben es geschüttelt und gingen auf unserem Weg, es war nur während wir gingen, dass der Saft, den wir bestellten, als wir ankamen, begann, seinen Weg zu unserem Tisch zu machen, so wurden wir die Flasche und wir gingen auf unserem Weg Wir erwähnten das falsche Zimmer sowie die Kaffeemaschine für die Dame am Check-out-Desk, an die ich versichert war, dass das nächste Mal wir bleiben wird es schön sein Ich kann sehr sicher bestätigen, dass es nicht von uns nächstes Mal geben wird, da wir eine gewisse Dienstleistung erwarten, wenn wir in ein 5-Sterne-Hotel checken und den Preis bezahlen, der mit ihm einhergeht. Auf einer positiven Notiz war der Konzern hilfreich, um unser Gepäck ins Zimmer zu nehmen. So eine Trauer für einen schön perfekt gelegenen Ort, so wenig Anstrengungen in die Qualität sie bieten

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff, clean and massive rooms. Loved the aesthetics and direct access to the Nelson Mandela and Santon City Malls which was ideal. Also close to the food courts in Nelson Mandela Mall which are Halaal and 1 min from the elevator which is ideal especially with family.

The Sandton Garden Court is a gracious hotel located next to Mandela Square. An outstanding buffet breakfast is provided daily. The staff at the front desk helpfully arranged a private tour of Johannesburg for us (cost about 2000 Rand or $100 for two of us) and it was fabulous. When my partner fell ill with a viral infection, the hotel's on-call doctor came to our room, diagnosed the problem and provided medications for symptom relief. We are very grateful and impressed with this hotel.

Machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und buchen Sie in einem anderen Hotel, es gibt einen vorne, sogar näher zum Mall und Nelson Mandela Square zum gleichen Preis. The Leonardo In a class of its own .. We spent four nights at The Leonardo in a two bedroom grand suite. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to be greeted by warm friendly staff and a beautiful reception area and lounge. The art work throughout the property is stunning and adds to the general feeling of being in a high end establishment. There was initially some mix up with our booking but Penelope was very helpful and made sure that we were able to check in without any delay. After our Moet&Chandon welcome drink we were taken to our well appointed suite which had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Al La Carte breakfast was very high quality (although slow to arrive at times) and had enough choice for everyone. Presentation was top notch and we left the hotel each morning feeling very satisfied and ready for the days adventures. Overall, this is a gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. It is made even more homely by the attentiveness of the staff who are alway on hand to make sure that no needs go unmet. Special shout out to Penelope, Bobo ( aka The President) Paulina, Tshepo & Ray (Security Door Man Extraordinaire) !! Great team !

I had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu hotel. The staff provided outstanding service, from the friendly and efficient front desk staff to the knowledgeable and attentive team members who went above and beyond to meet my needs. Their personalized care made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel for its exceptional staff and memorable hospitality.
