Same room, much more expensive than before. booked one double bed room with 2 breakfast before, but, now, same room serving only one breakfast, prices much more expenive than before.

amazing staff, amazing food. underwhelmed by the amenities available in the room. however a good hotel for a quick stop.

the hotel Amenities are.good but there is no tooth paste...so we have to buy it outside...the foods are good however I only eat some kinds of breads and fruits with.omellet...because I am worry if there are pog on the sausage and others...

I booked this hotel many times. Pro: Great locations. It also offer room landries machine, and provide option for breakfast and dinner Cons: sometimes managment is disorganized, they repeatly making mistake with room extending and food divilery. and sometimes the breakfast plates is not properly clean. Overall: this hotel is more suitable for bussiness travelers rather than tourists

I was so disappointed with this hotel. We stayed the entire night and half day without running water, and no one was willing to assist when we couldn't shower before checking out. I also forgot my AirPods in the room and my shoes, and when I called, I was told there were no reports of lost and found items.

Very nice hotel, the food is good, the room is clean and nice, there is a washing machine with heater, that is very convenient for customer.

We had asked for packed breakfast the morning we left but it was not arranged

The staff was very welcoming, we had a wonderful stay.

Horrible experience. Had to change rooms three times. Water couldn't go down and flooded at bathroom. Washing machine had no water supply. All clothes wrinkled and shrank after heat dry. And hotel manager is arrogant and doesnt apologize for bad facility maintenance. Refused the compensation for cloth damage caused by dry run of washing machine. Worst hotel experience!
