Our tour company, unexpectedly and at the last minute, changed the time of our departure from 7:45 am to 6am. Unfortunately, the hotel’s breakfast starts at 7am, with no exception, not even a single cup of coffee. Strict policy with no consideration of a guest’s request or desire. We could accept this unfortunate policy had they not been making an exception for another group in plain view. The breakfast policy in general should be reviewed because the previous morning we came down to find the dining room roped off but with people inside, with no sign of a hostess. Inquiring at the front desk, we were told we needed to wait so we can give our name and number. After waiting a long time with no sign of anyone, a guest walked by us, bypassed the rope and proceeded to a table. We followed suit and the dining room filled with guests all removing the rope or going around it. The hostess finally emerged from the back. Overall, the hotel was comfortable. The views were spectacular (look beyond the construction in front). A couple of chairs anywhere outdoors would have been greatly appreciated to take in the view and breathe the fresh air. We loved Patagonia but these minor breakfast “policy” issues were disappointing.

Eines der schlimmsten Hotels, in denen ich jemals verblieben habe, und in den letzten 50 Jahren habe ich jedes Jahr 1/3 in Hotels verbracht, sei es Geschäfts- oder Vergnügen. Auf der positiven Seite kann ich nur sagen, es ist schön gelegen, nahe dem See und das Personal, wenn jung und ziemlich unbemerkt, ist schön. Wir begannen in einem Standardzimmer, das schrecklich war: kleiner Balkon ohne Aussicht, voll von Farben überall, Feuchtigkeit im Badezimmer, billiger Blick und alte Möbel usw. So wechselten wir zu einer Junior Suite. Zumindest gab es einige Ansichten, aber nicht nur alles auch sehr alt aussehen (ja das Hotel heißt Design Suites, aber im Stil der 70er Jahre ohne Aufbewahrung ...) aber zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben sah ich diese Suite ”geliefert” mit: - kein Klimaanlage (es war in den 30ern während unseres Aufenthalts - keine Gewebe - kein Gesichtshandschuh - kein Spiegel - kein Kocher, aber keine Kaffeetaschen (und nur 2 Teetaschen!!) - nur 2 elektrische Plugs mit internationalen Adaptern - 2 Armstühle mit einem gedrehten Kunststoff-Schranke - keine Gürtel Schließen richtig - wenn 2 Kleider angeboten wurden, waren beide Kindergröße und wir waren 2 Erwachsene - Toilettenfluss nicht richtig funktioniert Öffentliches Gebiet im Gebäude, das wir verblieben waren schüchtern: Siehe die Bilder, die ich von dem Aufzug zum Zimmer genommen habe! Und um eine sehr saure Kirsche auf den Kuchen zu setzen, am Frühstück, das in unseren Tarif enthalten war, wurden wir für gekochte Eier und Expressos gezahlt!!! Wir haben in der Nähe von 10 Hotels in Argentinien geblieben und das ist wirklich das erste Mal. Ich frage mich wirklich, ob der Generalmanager dieses Ortes 10000 Meilen entfernt liegt.

Ich war 3 Nächte lang und war sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt. Ich hatte ein klassisches Standardzimmer, das groß und genau wie bei den Fotos war. Ein sehr komfortables Königsbett und Einrichtungen einschließlich eines im Zimmer Safe, Kühlschrank und Flachbild-TV, obwohl fast alle Kanäle in Spanisch waren. Es gab keine Tee oder Kaffee im Zimmer, aber es war immer die Mitico Bar / Lounge auf der ersten Etage mit unglaublichen Blicken über den See und ein gutes Menü für leichte Snacks und Getränke alle sehr vernünftig bezahlt. Leider war mein Zimmer nicht bereit, als ich bis 15:00 ankam, aber mir wurde ein Trinkgutschein gegeben, während ich wartete, was ein schöner Touch war. Das Frühstück war gut mit allen Standard-Optionen einschließlich geschrotet Eier. Ich hatte keine Chance, den Spa zu benutzen, aber der Pool sah nett aus, wieder mit dieser unglaublichen Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen, nur 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Civico, wo es ein touristisches Informationszentrum gibt, das wirklich hilfreich mit guten Vorschlägen für Tagesreisen und Businformationen war. Am ersten Tag habe ich den Kreislauf Chico gemacht, der eine 10 km Kreislaufstrecke war, die mit dem Aufstieg von Cerrito Llao Llao auf 1080m für große Aussichten umfasste. Am zweiten Tag nahm ich einen 55-Bus nach der Cedral-Katedral und nahm den Kabelwagen, gefolgt von einer 30-minütigen Spazierfahrt, um den Spitzenpunkt mit erstaunlichen Aussichten zu erreichen. Das einzige negative Negativ meines Aufenthalts war, dass ich ein Verbindungszimmer mit einer Tür zum nächsten Zimmer hatte und ich meine Nachbarn (die laut waren) hören konnte. Die Rezeption bot mir, mich in ein nicht-vernetztes Zimmer zu bewegen, aber sie hatten nur ein Zwilling, so dass ich abgelehnt, da das Königsbett im Klassiker ist sehr nett. Insgesamt hatte ich einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt und würde sehr empfehlen.

El lugar es muy lindo, tiene una hermosa vista al lago, el personal súper amable y atento, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas (excepto el nene bar, a ese no vayan) fuimos en invierno y el lugar es calientito y acogedor, las habitaciones son preciosas y con una vista espectacular al lago, tal vez la cama un poco dura, pero aparte de eso excelente. Además, queda muy cerca de todas las cosas en la ciudad. Vino con desayuno y muy rico también. Destacar también la higiene y limpieza impecables, recomendaría a cualquiera el lugar.

Estuvimos alojados en mayo, Mariana es una anfitriona impecable. Estuvo atenta a cada detalle. El hotel tiene muy buen gusto para aquellos que desean un ambiente tranquilo, prolijo, con comida de calidad (no se pierdan la torta de coco y el budín de manzanas que hace Mariana...exquisito). Cabe destacar el gusto esmerado en la decoración, desde arte por donde quieras ver (cuadros y esculturas, fotos), hasta plantas y alfombras puestas en el lugar exacto. Siempre huele rico, pero por las mañanas te despierta el aroma de pan recién horneado (y ahí es medio difícil que te vuelvas a dormir..te da un hambre!). Los dulces son exquisitos. Yogurt natural hecho por ellos, jugo de naranja, huevos. La ropa de cama (ropa blanca) de muy buena calidad, así como el sommier muy cómodo. La ducha con muy buena presión. La temperatura del lugar esta justa (no te morís de calor como me ha pasado en otros lugares en el sur). Todas las personas que nos atendieron, desde quien nos recibió hasta quien nos despidió en el check out,: impecables! Gracias!!! hermosa experiencia.

We spent 5 nights on points as Diamond members. The location of the hotel could not be better, a short walk to Centro Cívico, shopping, restaurants (we recommend Breogan for good food at reasonable prices) and chocolate shops. We had a spacious corner room with beautiful views of the lake. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and the items were of better quality than one finds at Hampton Inns in the US. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We rented a car at Sixt a short walk down the street (Frank was very helpful) and access to the indoor parking was via a room key access elevator. Our only complaint is the shower which was poorly designed so that the water ran onto the bathroom floor rather than back toward the drain. Also there was a faint sewer smell. It had a rainforest head without a wand which is not the best for short people. The bathroom could have had better lighting. With improvements to the bathroom which perhaps are only required to this particular suite (we did not see any others) we recommend this hotel.

EcoSki hotel Bariloche is very good. Great location in downtown Bariloche. Breakfast is also very good well put together , food is fresh and very generous , coffee is also good . Nicolas and the group of people that works at breakfast time is excellent. Room are clean , wifi everywhere , size of the room is regular not too big not too small.Bathroom the same. Bed comfortable. Receptionist are very Good !!! All together the hotel it’s very recomendable.

So the Check-in was a nightmare because you had to do in over the website with WiFi that wasn’t great The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy The bathroom was a bit run down as was the rest of the room but you could have a nice and hot shower The breakfast was good as we had the “extra“ the lock on my window was broken as well …they did fix it temporarily though Otherwise the hotel is on what I would call the end of the centre of the Main Street and therefore you can walk very nicely to all the shops of Bariloche
