We were extremely disappointed with this hotel Yes, the location is good, but so many other things were tired and hopelessly dated. I can’t remember when I have ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have individual temperature controls in the room. The shower was very slippery and the water temperature was uneven. The bathroom amenities were minimal, given the price for the rooms. And instant coffee in the room?? Every other hotel we stayed at in Argentina had a Keurig or Nespreso machine. Finally, we are becoming accustomed to finding USB ports in hotel rooms for our devices and there were none. Fortunately I had my own adapters, because the hotel had run out of them. I believe this hotel has a 4-star rating, but this was no 4-star experience. Also I reached out to this hotel several times via email and had no reply. There was no manager available during our stay.

Deceiving. These photos don’t show reality. The hotel’s reception and breakfast area are ok. However, things change dramatically when you go to the bedrooms. They are dirty and extremely small. I felt disgusted when I walked on the very dirty and stained carpet. The bathroom is very very small, very dirty and things don’t work properly. The closet doors are very hard to operate, the wooden blinds were ripped here and there. The toilet leaks continuously and the bath tub doesn’t drain well. When I showered, the water would not drain and raise by 1 foot or more. The breakfast was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent  Rooms had an amazing view with a hot tub/jacuzzi in each room by the window overlooking the view of the mountains/lake. Bed was very comfortable. Internet could be a little slow at times. Food was excellent, breakfast was very good. A very relaxing stay with rooms with a view to die for. We had rooms in the 3rd block the higher up you go the better the view. 05 rooms have a jacuzzi in the bay window of the room overlooking the lake. Would most certainly come back.   .

When I went to make a reservation at the Llao Llao, I could have easly chosen a more expensive room in the newer Moreno wing. But the hotel website made it look as if the older Bustillo rooms had the same nice lake view as the Moreno rooms, so it didn't seem worth the extra price. But the room that we were given, on the fourth floor of the Bustillo building, was small, dark and extrmely depressing, with a tiny view of the lake through a dormer window that one could only see standing up. As it rained for most of our stay, we had no choice but to spend a lot of time in the room, which was really dismal. The bathroom was also particularly ancient, and the bed was not comfortable. The location of the Llao Llao is certainly dramatic, and the indoor/outdoor pool in particular is wonderful. I'm sure that the hotel is a lot nicer in good weather. But it's inconceivable that this could be considered a five-star hotel, considering the dreary state of the room that we were given.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Hosting-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus-Kleinhaus Alle Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, auch wenn sie etwas antiken scheinen, für den Sie die alten Möbel (in diesem Fall Provenz-Stil) und eine halb Jahrhunderts sehr verdorbene Bergdekoration mögen, Sie sind sehr warm und gemütlich, aber da dies von der Geschmack des Kunden abhängt. Auch die Frage der Entfernung ist subjektiv, aber wenn man die Ruhe und die Umgebung genießen will, ob die Stadt in der Nähe oder nicht, dann wird sie zu einem idealen Ort. Neben einem Lobby mit einem integrierten, sehr warmen Essensraum, die an diese alten Berghütten der alten amerikanischen Filme erinnert, hat es eine Terrasse zum Frühstück oder genießen der Landschaften, die ihm ein sehr wichtiges Plus hinzufügt. All das, zusammen mit der angenehmen und schmerzhaften Aufmerksamkeit Ihres Personals, machen einen großen Zug und über dem sehr zugänglichen Preis. In Personal finde ich einen Ort, vor allem für Paare, sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Aufmerksamkeit aller ausgezeichneten Mitarbeiter (Flavia, Niki, Maria und das Personal, das am Frühstück betreut wurde). Von der freundlichen bis hin zur guten Bereitschaft, Ihnen zu sagen, was zu tun oder wie Sie zu bewegen. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den unglaublichen See. Freies Frühstück. Auf der oberen Seite ist eine Küche und ein Gebrauchskühlschrank. Wasser mit guter Durchsatz und Temperatur. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Sehr schöne und komfortabele Gemeindebereiche. Gute Anbindung, bis ins Zimmer!!! Wir würden sie wieder auswählen!
