Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber es gibt fluorierte Lichter, die ruhig arbeiten. Du kannst morgens ein leichtes Buffet essen, aber ich mag keine fettigen, also esse ich frische Eier, Sauce, Joghurt, Tangerin (hoher Zucker) und ein Stück Brot. Ich bestellte schwarze Kaffee kostenlos und trinke es. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber es spricht nicht gut Englisch. Ich ging aus dem 6:00 Uhr High-Speed-Züg nach Tashkent, aber ich war überrascht, um eine $8 Touristensteuer für zwei Tage, vier Dollar pro Tag zu beantragen. Ich dachte, es wäre spät für das Auto, also gab ich es zuerst und dann kam ich auf den Zug, und ich dachte, ich wurde von der Tourführer abgerissen, also ging ich hin und bat ihn, dafür zu bezahlen. Im März fand im Hotel eine internationale Veranstaltung statt, an der Vertreter von rund 10 Ländern teilnahmen. Die Verwaltung und das Personal des Hotels machten alles, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Sitzung auf der geeigneten Ebene stattfand. Es war komfortabel, komfortabel, gesättigt und schnell!

Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection.

Luxurious new hotel and our room was very good , well equipped and spacious. The restaurants were also very good, whether for breakfast or for evening meals, the quality of the food served was excellent. The location was very good for us as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the sightseeing areas but within easy reach - we used Yandex which worked very well and very cheap ( 15,000 to 30,000 soms each way to the main tourist sights, railway, airport). We also prioritised modern facilities over traditional hotels but If you want a more authentic experience you may want to go elsewhere. During our stay we also used the restaurant/bar in a nearby hotel on the same site which was a short walk away which was good also. The staff were very friendly, but the service was a bit patchy. There looked as though there was still a lot of staff training going on and I’m sure this will improve with time. Our only other point is that the swimming pool was closed (pool has no water in) and we felt that we given the 5 star status we should have been advised of this. We had a very good stay and would have given 5/5 except that the price was a lot higher than other excellent hotels on our Uzbekistan trip so given the points we've raised the value was not as good.

Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist ein wenig entfernt, aber man kann für weniger als einen Euro ein Taxi nehmen. Es ist eine sehr gute Option in Samarcanda.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

Das Schild 5-Sterne ist großartig, von der Unterkunft bis zum Frühstück, aber es ist ein Block- und-Straße-Konferenz-Rezeption des Hotels. Das Zimmer hat einen chinesischen Sitz und die Zubehör sind chinesisch. Das Landschaftszimmer des Kanals kann Sonnenuntergang sehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr wunderschön. Die amerikanische und chinesische Unterzulassung ist ein bisschen weit von der Stadt entfernt, und Yandex nimmt einen Wagen in die Stadt um 2w Sum. Kein Pool.
