Hôtel parfait , le personnel est sympathique , tous sans exception nous sommes restés 1 nuit de plus soit au total 4 nuits , les chambres propres , l'hôtel aussi , un endroit parfait pour se détendre . Quand nous reviendrons c'est sûr c'est ici que nous déposerons nos valises ! Mr Lemaitre chambre 435

Lovely weeks stay, the highlight for us was the food and location to the beaches. There was a nice selection of food. and pleasantly surprised how hot the food was. I have ceoliac disease and found there was a good choice for me. The head chef would take me around the restaurant and advise me on what I could have. At breakfast there were gf toast, cake and biscuits and brownies at evening meal, you have to ask for these. We upgraded to a suite and so glad we did, it had an extra room with sofa bed, TV and storage,ideal for our eldest son. There are a couple of cheap bars across the rd and the two nearest beaches were lovely,and I would highly recommend the coastal walk. We would return as it was a good base.

Stayed 19/10-25/10. Checked in around midday. Room was ready. Nice room with nice bathroom. We were lucky, mainly had sunny weather. Lots of loungers available at the beginning of the day (when the sunbathing area is in the shade) but by the end of the day all the ones in the sun taken, mainly by towels by bed hoggers! Entertainment team were great. Food was average & very repetitive. Desserts were terrible & very small selection. Ate out a couple of times as so fed up of eating the same thing everyday. Two double beds for me & my daughter which was great, however the beds were so uncomfortable, both woke up with back ache every morning! Really disappointed as we got a room with a back street view & not one bit of sun on the balcony at any part of the day! Room 132. Cleaners were excellent came everyday but were so tight with toilet roll! Had to go twice looking for the trolley to get a toilet roll when they hadn’t left one. 15 min walk into Salou with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. Nice clean beaches but very steep hill up & down, not ideal for people with mobility issues. Our flight was a night flight so paid 19 euros to keep our room from check out time 11am until 5pm. Wouldn’t stay again due to the food & bed issue but good hotel for families on a budget.

Emailed hotel beforehand and got the room we requested high floor with a pool view. Room was clean and spacious and a decent size balcony. Check-in was very slow and took up to 45 minutes, remember to have your booking on email handy. Showing your card at the restaurant was a bit of a pain, seen loads get turned away because they forgot to bring to restaurant including ourselves on first evening. Reception and restaurant staff very good but bar staff need training in manners, not one smile between them and just slam your drinks down on bar. Food was varied and very nice, plenty of selection and nice desserts. Drinks are nice and a good selection on all inclusive. Hotel and grounds are clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, did not use pool but it was a good size. Close to beaches, cap salou which is beautiful and a lovely walk and loads of bars and restaurants, shanklys is a must if your a Liverpool fan like us! The only gripe we had on our holiday and i must stress was not the hotels fault but we had very noisy neighbours who were arguing and drunk every night and after the 3rd day they were fighting in the early hours of the morning so i phoned reception and they chucked the one man out never to be seen again. We would definitely come back to Salou and this hotel in the future, possibly even next year.

Stayed at this hotel from 15th-26th september, with family & friends, check in was quick & efficient staff very pleasent, I had emailed the hotel before going to request our rooms together & pool view which was granted, hotel rooms good size 2 double beds pushed together, bathroom big with walk in shower, fridge in room, only downfall is lack of wardrobe space & could benefit from a set of drawers, rooms cleaned everyday with clean towels, good size balcony with great sized clothes drier. Hotel in general very spacious & kept perfectly clean at all times. Good TV area with pool tables, table tennis &, a few machines, Bar area good enough size although could get a bit busy at times so having to queue but never waited to long, most of the bar staff pleasant enough, one or two could do with cracking a smile, the token arrangement seems to work well as saves on mess, we were all inclusive & it was branded drinks with good choice the all inclusive snacks could be a bit better choice as only, hot dogs, burger, pizza slice & chips these were made to order but a bit of a hit or miss, could maybe do with adding toasties or sandwiches. The pool area was good size always kept clean &, plenty of sunbeds only downside is the pool could be doing with being a bit warmer & more accessible as stairs are not great, plus only a small area shallow enough to stand in, does have a great kids pool area. Also indoor pool with 2 Jacuzzis was good you are required to wear a cap in here which you purchase from reception for 3 euros, good enough sized pool & a lot warmer than the outdoor pool obviously. Entertainment was fine, could have been a bit better, especially on the rainy days we had. Maybe it was just cause of the time of year. I would personally say that the only thing that let's this hotel down is the food, they did have various different things you could eat but food was never really very warm &, could improve on the soups as on 1 occasion I had soup that had just been put out but wasn't warm &, very much the same puried veg most days, a lot of pork dishes but I think this is quite common in this part of Spain. The restaurant staff were pleasent enough &, again kept place clean. All in all we had a good enough stay at this hotel, as in good location within easy walking distance of amenities &, bus stop on the door stop. Just a few improvements to this hotel to make it a bit better.
