Great hospitality. Beautiful place . Well designed with luxurious modest rooms. Great offers for tours around the parmezan industry. Federico is a great host with a large hart . We really enjoyed our visit and stay.

What a delightful place! Charming atmosphere, beautifully restored building with every modern convenience but without harming the original structure. Our host, Federico, was as charming as his establishment and would strongly recommend to anyone who has reason to stay in or around Parma. Lovely breakfast with large choice of fresh fruits and snacks and enjoyed on the covered terrace. Why not five stars? Well, the only negative would be that no bar for an evening aperitivo, which is also not to blame in a Bed and Breakfast.

We stayed there for one night in April 2023 it was perfekt our Morgan sleeps in the Garage near the cinquecento, because it rains in the night. Perfekt breakfast and very sympatic host and location Rooms are very specially and verry clean

Corte Finzi is an absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and well maintained B&B housed in a lovingly restored/renovated stone building with a stunning mixture of modern and rustic finishes. The owner is friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and a very helpful source of information about the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious - fresh fruits, toast, pastries, cereal and meats and cheeses, coffee and tea. Each morning we ate on a covered stone patio overlooking the vinyard and gardens - so incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The property is safe and quiet, and the location is an ideal base for exploring numerous areas in Northern Italy. In addition to exploring Sala Baganza and Collecchio, we visited the Cinque Terra villages on the coast, hiked in the mountains, toured a wonderfully preserved/restored medieval castle, spent an afternoon exploring Parma, and visited the Ferrari facility in Maranelo. Many lovely restaurants are within a few minutes walk or short drive, as are shops for any groceries or other necessities. We stayed there while our daughter played in a softball tournament in nearby Collecchio, and we were so glad we chose to stay at Corte Finzi in Sala Baganza instead of one of the large featureless commercial hotels in Collecchio. The price is very reasonable given the quality of the accommodations. We comfortably stayed there for 6 nights and could have happily stayed longer.

Our stay at the Corte Finze was excellent and memorable. The building and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The breakfasts were great. Everything is maintained in a spotless condition. The highlight of Corte Finzi is the owners, Federico and Beatrice. These are two very friendly and helpful individuals. It was a pleasure being their guests. We will definitely return to this amazing b&b.

Tout était parfait ! Très joli et bien tenu, le cadre est magnifique et très reposant. L'hôte prenait le temps de nous donner des conseils et des idées sur les endroits à voir et à visiter. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié. Je recommande vivement !

Giardino notevole, curato con competenza. Ambiente antico restaurato con cura. Stanze ampie e confortevoli. Cura professionale dei dettagli. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità . Ospite discreto, attento e disponibile alla conversazione. Cosa si deve pretendere di più ?

Personalmente ho trovato questo luogo decisamente 'instagrammabile', ristrutturato ineccepibilmente, con gusto e materiali naturali in un contesto verde e rilassante. Ciò nonostante non ritengo il caro prezzo pagato giustificabile nei servizi ricevuti. L'esclusività attesa, non l'ho ritrovata nei fatti. Suggerisco all'host, una persona elegante e attenta, a rivalutare e ampliare i prodotti di cortesia all'ospite, la manutenzione delle camere e soprattutto la colazione, da valorizzare assolutamente con i prodotti freschi, del territorio e un po' di fantasia. È un luogo che ha ampi margini di miglioramento.

Ho alloggiato al Corte Finzi pochi giorni fa ed è stata un ottima e piacevole esperienza. La location è molto carina, curata, immersa nel verde e nella quiete. È stato possible fare colazione nel portico dato le bellissime giornate di sole rendendo il tutto molto piacevole. Le camere e il bagno sono pulite, ampie e ben curate con acqua naturale e frizzante gratuitamente offerta. Federico (l’host) è stato molto gentile e disponibile anche indicandomi dei posti carini nelle vicinanze dove mangiare. L’unico appunto che spero sia costruttivo e che mi viene da dire è la scelta un po’ limitata nella colazione soprattutto per la parte dolce. A parte ciò ottima esperienza e sicuramente da ripetere.
