Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht! Viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Spa und Schwimmbad vor Ort, es ist sehr bedeutend. Sehr herzlich willkommen. Nichts zu beanstanden, sehr freundliches, effizientes und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer mit Terrasse und herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr bequemes Bett und modernes Zimmer. Tägliche Reinigung. Vielen Dank an das "Valets"-Team. Die Küche, nichts zu beanstanden, sehr abwechslungsreiche und hochwertige Küche, mit der Möglichkeit, mittags unser eigenes Picknick zu machen, ist sehr bemerkenswert. Vielen Dank an Jean, den Küchenchef, und nochmals herzlichen Glückwunsch an ihn! Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Katherine (Botschafterin) und Patrick (Barkeeper) für ihre Sympathie, ihre Freundlichkeit, ihre Aufmerksamkeit! Du bist unglaublich! Wieder zu tun! Alles beginnt mit drei aggressiven E-Mails nach der Reservierung, in denen ein obligatorischer Pre-Check-in gefordert wird, angeblich um die Warteschlange bei der Ankunft zu umgehen, außer dass Sie es sowieso tun müssen… Großer Negativpunkt: Parken, Ankunft um 17 Uhr kein Parken mehr am Hotel, entweder Sie bezahlen oder Sie gehen ... Die Teppiche sind etwas alt und stinken, der Aufzug ist sehr langsam, keine Erklärung, wie das Hotel bei der Ankunft funktioniert, Sie werden aufgefordert, einen QR-Code zu scannen. Nach einem heißen Tag ist es im Hotel sehr heiß, die Treppen und Flure werden nicht belüftet, die Belüftung der Zimmer und des Badezimmers ist eingeschränkt. Abschließend das Spa: kein Personal um die Organisation und Einhaltung der Hygieneregeln zu gewährleisten, keine Handtücher vorhanden, kaputte Duschtassen, leeres Duschgel in allen Duschen des Spas... Positiv hervorzuheben: die sehr große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Tal (der Teil zum Mont Blanc ist klein und die Aussicht teilweise von einem Baum verdeckt), das Buffet, wenn auch etwas industriell in Bezug auf Rohkost, ist abwechslungsreich und recht gut, das Personal tut sein Möglichstes, um den Aufenthalt angenehm und angenehm zu gestalten das ganze ist sehr sauber. Zusammenfassend haben wir viel mehr von diesem Hotel erwartet, der Service entsprach nicht der Beschreibung.

Very good hotel, fresh refurbished with wonderful and helpful staff ( The Bulgarian girl - Blaga and the manager).very comfortable room. Amazing view from the hotel, very good food at the breakfast and diner. Close to the Gondola 3-5 min by walk.

The lift was broken all week. There is no ski boot room so that meant 5 flights of stairs in ski boots. The pool was open in the afternoon and on request only in the morning. Likewise bathrobes for the pool were only provided on request, and were not available until the 3rd time I asked. The room was a good size for 3 adults and had comfortable beds, but there was a bad smell from the shower. The latter probably being linked to the unpleasant smell of cleaning product that greeted us when we arrived. We got a good deal which meant the food was fully included, but I am vegetarian so ate a lot of salad.

Our family of 12 coming from 4 different countries had a fantastic all inclusive (AI) anniversary weekend in early February 2024 and would honestly recommend: - Hotel team at the reception, restaurant, bar is multilingual, friendly, helpful and was fast and efficient when we turned to for something. - Everywhere was clean and maintained. - Rooms are nice, obviously recently renovated in cool stile with a flavor of alpine traditions and nice views to Alps. - We were surprised with a lovely looking and tasty anniversary tort. The AI's buffet food in the restaurant was tasty with a broad selection of salads, meet, vegetarian and deserts. From 7:30 to 13:00 is offered a reach cold&hot brunch and guest can get cotton bags/dishes/cutlery to for pick-nick if they go skiing or hiking - comfortable approach I haven't yet seen in other hotels. - AI' bar offers variety of local alcohol and non-all drinks most of the day, only 3 are for add-on fee. The bar area is not big but cozy with scenic view. - There is only outside pool, for winter months the water can be a bit warmer. - The location is perfect: 300 m from a lift station; free shuttle to Alpine tramway and St.Gervais Thermes; only an hour drive to Geneva airport with bus connection each hour. In summary: good value for money. Worth to visit and hope you will enjoy like us!

Spa is a hidden cost. Jacuzzi turned off and outdoor pool was freezing. Room wasn’t cleaned once in 4 days. No drinking water in the room. Staff were less than helpful with any requests. No fresh towels. Hotel stinks of sewage and the remedy is to “cover plug holes with wet towels”

It was a nice stay! The food was healthy! The staff is responsive. The hotel manager seems strict but actually helps when needed. We are satisfied! We used the gym and were satisfied with the conditions it offers. It is close to the ski slope and that was a big positive.

When we first arrived we thought the hotel looked a little dowdy. However, it turned out to be a lovely week. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The food was good . We were on the all inclusive package and we really loved the ability to put together out own packed lunch from the extensive salad bar and bread , cheeses, fruit etc that were available along with breakfast all morning. It meant that we had a delicious meal at lunchtime and didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat. The restaurant terrace is a great bonus as well with fab views. The staff were lovely . Especially Lidi, who seemed to be there for every shift - always smiling and helpful. There is lots to do in St Gervais, we stayed for a week and went to Chamonix one day but the rest of the time we found plenty to do around St Gervais.
