Booked with a friend for an overnight spa. Absolutely wonderful treatment by the therapist, had some quiet time in the relaxation room and spent some time in the pool, sauna and steam room. The evening meal was out of this world. The best local ingredients were used and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of options were available for breakfast and again , the food was amazing. I'd highly recommend llety Cynin.

Came here with a friend, on arrival the older lady on reception was very unwelcoming, she was abrupt and didn’t make us feel welcome. Front of house should be the main priority as this sets the scene for the rest fi the stay! The spa is basic, quite small & not enough room in the jacuzzi for more than 3 so not ideal of you are a larger group. Steam room and sauna are also small. The room outside the steam room is very slippery due to the type of flooring there which seems unsuitable for a surface that will get wet. The best thing about this place is the food. The food is amazing and the staff in this area are much friendlier too. 10/10 for the food as every meal was delicious. The rooms are very clean but the sloping ceilings are very challenging if you are tall so I did bang my head a lot. The younger lady on reception later was so much friendlier, it’s a shame it wasn’t her there when we arrived. We met a group of ladies in the spa and they also complained to us about the attitude of the older lady towards them when they arrived yon so it wasn’t just us. Front of house needs to be improved & some improvements to the spa needed too. I would definitely come back for the food only.

Credit where credit is due. Excellent food , the homemade hash browns are possibly one of the nicest Things I've ever tasted. Every meal was quality ingredients and homemade. Will be returning for the food alone. Thanks everyone. Really enjoyed.

A lovely afternoon spent with the ladies in my family celebrating my 60th birthday. We had the Mindfulness package with afternoon tea which was delicious. It wasn’t too busy so able to use the Spa facilities after our massages. A lovely idea to give you a complimentary spa bag and slippers, with our robes and towels too.

Afternoon Tea was wonderful . We went to this venue courtesy of our local carers community group, we had a wonderful time. The afternoon teas were excellent with all home made delights, and plenty of them too. Choice of tea, coffee or soft drink for all, refilled when required. Recommend this venue for afternoon tea, or other food, a stay in the boutique hotel with its own indoor pool and health suite. Super place.

Fantastic meal, in a great atmosphere. Aimee the waitress was absolutely great, looked after us and very professional. The steak was cooked to perfection, exactly the way it should be. Loved the experience, definitely recommend and will be back soon.

If there were an option for 'excellent' or 'first class,' the team at Llety Cynin would undoubtedly deserve this top rating. Our visits are consistently amazing, and it's evident that you and your team continue to go from strength to strength. We had the spa day with afternoon tea. One receptionist was extremely helpful, whilst the other didn't have much time at all for us! We were a little disappointed with the pool. It definitely needs a scrub round the edges. There are only 2 loungers, so if you plan on chilling and reading it isn't ideal, especially as there were one to one swimming lessons taking place through the duration of our time there which we weren't made aware of prior to our visit. No cups for water - we had to request these! Showers were cold and no shower gel etc (which we are used to having in other spa's). Changing rooms were definitely more of a leisure centre type. We expected spa standard. Spa was like a different world, lovely, calm, well decorated and very clean! Mollie and Saffron in the spa were great. A decent afternoon tea, nothing special but was nice. Staff in the penny bar were lovely.

Very relaxing mum and daughter time. Tried all facilities on our spa day. The deep massage was brilliant, well worth it.The afternoon lunch was delicious, I would recommend having that.. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was worth the money.
