This place is a pig house. No towels washcloths no top sheets or blankets no mattress covers. When we asked about towels and washcloths were told we could only have two each and that was for two people for 2 days. Was told house keeping would be in with sheets those never arrived we went to office an hours latter to get them. House keeping was also to come in morning with other things missing and never showed this placed looked like homeless people lived there and tore every thing up. And for 70.00 a night I should get a refund. I will say only one good thing no bugs.

The stay is great had a emergency and had to pick up two dogs and Fehim at the front desk made it easy for me to keep them and was very helpful and polite with me thanks again Fehim

The Appletree Inn is the only place I will stay in Saginaw, Michigan. The customer service from every single person who works there is like VIP trea**ent every step of the way. This newly remodeled hotel is within walk-in distance from the most popular restaurants and shopping stores. Check-in was fast and simple, the room was very clean and comfortable and there wasn't any more I could ask for. You can park right outside your room and use keyless entry.
Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love when businesses are competitive and work hard to earn business. This place is 5 out of 5. Great price, and very willing to make sure you have a great customer experience. I highly recommend this place.

Stay was very nice. Welcoming, and Fehim was super nice and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, an very spacious. Fehim was also very pet friendly to my little girl. She felt very comfortable and it was quite. Very affordable. I heard this was under new management which is great! We will be back !! We enjoyed every moment spent here at Apple tree. Thank you !!

website says theres breakfast.. there isnt any... websites say theres coffee.. there is none.. who ever did write ups for websites .. majorly lied to promote it.. room wasnt to bad tho..
