It’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.

The arrangement of the living room gives you a great setting to appreciate the wonder of nature and tranquility. And the buffet breakfast helps you start a day with energy and vitality.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rental store closes too early, limited skiing equipment choices, and people who were serving in the rental store for skiing equipment were not kind. There are too less people who speak English at the hotel in general (eg: at restaurants and front desk), it was hard to communicate with them. But attitude are nice.

Very good price: Spacious room, and bathroom, some restaurants nearby. About 3-5 mins drive to nearby Aeon market and big restaurants . First come first served for 28 spaces of carpark. Reasonable charge of 800 yen per overnight stay. Staff polite, average quality of room amenities.

雖然我的遊覽車抵達時發生訂房誤會，但很快得到正確資料，整體住房都非常好，唯獨因為是樓中樓，廁所與床是不同樓層，導致我的長輩夜間上洗手間需特地下樓，球場有一家子可愛的鹿和非常親人的狐狸，其他服務人員、餐廳、球場接駁車、機場付費巴士都非常好，下次有機會還是會考慮入住

雖然距離郊區，但位於極佳的自然環境中，絕佳的視野及良好的住宿環境。專業的從業人員提供親切的服務。我非常願意推薦且定會再度造訪。

夏天的北海道別有風情，從新千歲機場直接有酒店bus可以直達，當天航班晚點了約一小時，shuttle bus的staff直接等在了達到口接我們，還帶我們走近路去換了預約的jr pass，實在太感謝這位熱情的staff啦！ westin是留壽都度假村的一部份，建造時間挺久遠了，但保養維護的很好，大堂温馨，房間乾淨整潔，全部loft房型，就是二樓沒有洗手間不大方便。 我們在酒店用了兩次自助晚餐，另一晚在對面留壽都度假村酒店用了自助餐，westin的自助餐偏西式，還是度假村酒店的更鄉村風，品類更全。 有機會冬日雪季再來！

性價比超級高的酒店，複式的客房，一共有4張床，樓上是卧室，有2張單人床，樓下是客廳，吧枱，衞生間，還有2個單人的可收納的單人床。就是晚上上廁所不方便，還要下樓才行。

淡季簡直太划算了 設施很齊全 本來已經做好了來滑冰沙的準備，沒想到三月中還能趕上下雪天。 以為下雪肯定看不到風景了，沒想到還能看到清晰無雲的羊蹄山！ isola2000的纜車一直沒開，衹能在雪場其他餐廳吃快餐。拉麪咖喱飯都太鹹了。long pine的豬排三明治還不錯，超大一個，我一個人沒吃完；steamboat的咖啡也好喝。
