Wahnsinnig bemühtes Personal/Eigentümer. Zimmer nett gelegen im Dachgeschoss. Die Architektur des Hotels spiegelt den charmanten Geist der Stadt wider. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage natürlich nicht ganz so leise. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Allerdings fehlte der laut Zimmerbeschreibung vorhandene Fernseher bei uns. Fahrräder konnten gratis ausgeliehen werden. Frühstück klein, aber fein – alles was man braucht, um gut gestärkt in den Tag zu starten, jedoch: wir waren doch eine Woche lang da und aufgrund dessen wäre eine größere Varietät das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen. Aleksandra, Andrej und die Dame beim Frühstück zeigten wahre Gastfreundschaftlichkeit und rundeten den Aufenthalt so ab, dass wir uns immer wie zuhause fühlten.

Stayed at Casa Garzotto for two nights at the beginning of our Croatian tour. An employee or family member met us at the city entrance and we had assistance with our luggage and in finding the hotel. What a charming place! We were warmly greeted in the comfortable lobby and the hosts spent time telling us about the history of the building. Our room on the first floor (one flight up) was wonderful and comfortable. Very spacious - I was not expecting this but we had loads of room. Everything was immaculate. I loved being able to look out the window to the street below. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and the host actually walked with us to a restaurant nearby (giving directions is not easy with all the twisty turns in the streets). We slept well - bed was large and room was very quiet. This is a heritage hotel so no lift, but our bags were taken to the room for us. This hotel was a great introduction to our trip.

A spot that's near to just about everything in Rovinj. Alexandra and Tony made for a great stay, especially given we were driving and had a car to deal with. All went smoothly and they made great recommendations for restaurants.

Our tour operator booked us into this charming property. Rooms are small but quite adequate. Our group were housed in rooms a couple of blocks away from the main hotel. The entrance to rooms are up a steep and narrow staircase making entry and exit with luggage a bit of a challenge, but hotel staff are there to help. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The central location makes exploring the old town easy.

My sister and I stayed at the Casa Garzotto for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the old world charm and excellent customer service. The hotel is located in the heart of the Rovinj old town, but the rooms are very quiet. Every morning they have a delicious breakfast buffet that is included in your room rate as is the parking of your car in their lot and bicycle rentals. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd recommend Casa Garzotto to family and friends.

I was so excited to stay here but it was truly awful. We were taken to a building no where near Casa Garzotto, an awful street with power lines and graffiti- no charm whatsoever. Taken up 3 flights of stairs to a tiny box of a room I could have cried. We had luggage we couldn’t even open as it was too small. We had stayed in another apartment for 2 nights earlier and that room was bigger had a kitchenette and new bathroom and separate toilet and this disappointing room we paid 2 1/2 times more for, it was a joke. We were woken with rowdy upstairs guests both nights between 12-3am that was when we could actually sleep because there was no shutter on our window and the street light was right outside. The hairdryer blew up and they couldn’t find another one to give me so I couldn’t even dry my hair, all for a very nice price per night. We spoke to them about the misleading booking and why you don’t actually stay at the place you think you are booking and they didn’t care.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Garzotto. Alexandra, Branca and Andre were very attentive. Our main contact Alexandra was the very quick to return communication and even the smallest request was met promptly with good friendly humour. Thanks for making our stay so special. Regarding the hotel - the rooms were spotless with a very comfy supported bed the breakfast delicous and fresh - the coffee good and strong 😀

This is a hidden gem. Our room was spacious, clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delightful. The owners, Dario and Alexandria, were charming and exceptionally helpful. Our experience was perfect and we will most definitely stay here again.
