Photos can be very misleading, thinking that, you are getting a nice and a beautiful hotel, always check the ⭐️ s, be sure they are 4 to 5 please..and do your homework in reading all the reviews..and also be sure they have someone that speak your language..or have a translator app.. between two hotels and airlines tickets we pay close to 6,000.00 dollars. And now I’m trying to see if the insurance can cover some of it..at least..

It is quite fair for its value. It was a bit difficult to find, because there is no sign, but if you go inside the building, there is a small lobby on the right from where you will take your key. Stuff was friendly and I could appreciate my privacy. The hotel seems to have bad reviews. but overall for me was good and I would stay there again.

I had the misfortune of staying at this "hotel" and it was an absolute nightmare. Let's start with the stains on the walls and in the middle of bed sheets. Dirty floors and bathroom, Non-working room lock- Anyone could walk in and out without a problem. With only one working light, the room was really dark. receptionist was drink and their breath reeked of alcohol. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have been trying to contact hotel personel ever since and nobody responds.

The pictures in this review LIE. im not one to complain but this is just too much. for the quality that this hotel gives you it should be 70 USD at MOST. The hotel doesn't have a proper entrance, the light is flickery, sketchy and stinks of piss. You go up in this crazy elevator or sketchy stairs where the tiles are loose. Then when you get up to the 6th floor where the hotel is, the carpets are stained and smell musty. The staff was very kind and the ac and beds were fine. Which would allow me to put all of that aside if it wasn't for the bathroom. My problem is mainly with the bathroom situation. The bidet and toilet did not seem clean. It smelled of piss. The shower has mold and didn't seem clean either. It also did not work properly as the water was leaking from it so it wouldn't spew out the top right. What was the final straw for me is when they told me they only clean the rooms every 4 days, and if you want clean towels you have the pay for them. Really? I have to pay for a clean towel? or else I have to use the same one for four days? for the price I paid I am beyond sickened. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Approximately 15-20 minute walk from Roma Termini train station. Also 20 minutes walk to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. The entrance to the shared building is a little underwhelming to say the least and Romalive is on the 6th (top) floor. This level can be accessed by the flights of stairs or 1 lift with a 2 person capacity. Once on the 6th floor - the staff were friendly and helpful. Our family room for 4 was very spacious. The room was clean, with air conditioning, small fridge and smart TV. There was also a kettle, but no cups or tea / coffee provided. The wifi in the room worked well. The bathroom looked to be in need of a makeover - the toilet seat was cracked & the bath looked as though it had been sealed and re-sealed multiple times. The shower was in the bath and there was a step up to reach the bath. I was a little concerned after reading the other Tripadvisor reviews - but I think this is a good budget option in Rome for people who are happy with no frills accommodation.

It's way too expensive for what it has to offer. An extra small room for 80€ with no breakfast. Room poorly lit, my air conditioning did not work, toilet room is literally a corner, and everything is quite old. Weak door, almost seemed it didn't lock properly or that it could be easily broken into. I stayed for just one night, but for this price, my will was to leave the second I walked in. Not acceptable.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti, un disastro. Camera vecchia, pareti sporche, moquette sporca e vecchia e piena di acari, bagno da ristrutturare con rappezzi ovunque con silicone, muffe negli angoli, vetri sporchi. Tutto da ristrutturare. Terribile.
