The best location in Spanishsteps! A boutique hotel feels like home. The host Alessandro is very friendly and gentleman! The cleaning lady is so so so wonderful and thoughtful. She does her job with heart and did more than what we expected for us. Thanks both! I will come again.

We stayed at My Spanish Steps and we’re so fortunate to have found it. We had the room with a balcony that overlooks Rome. You can’t believe what a fabulous room it is. I was able to have tea on the balcony every morning and wine at sunset. There are cafes right below and we were able to listen to street performers in the evenings - a saxophone player one night, another night really great opera arias. I would definitely recommend paying a little more to get the room with a king bed and balcony! Photos show the fantastic view from balcony

Loved staying here..Great location and wonderful staff...its a walk up. like your own apartment..Super clean and cozy...a unique property in one of the best areas in Rome.I would stay here again. Alessandro the manager was great

If I could give this place more than a 5 rating I 100% would. From the second I booked this place everything has just been so easy. They arranged a private car to and from the airport. Check in was quick and simple. All staff welcoming and friendly. Such a clean bright environment. View from the room was brilliant. Didn't even see any other guests when there and none made any noise. Will definitely be staying here on every trip to Rome in the future. The price you pay for the location is madness! They could easily charge a few hundred more but I'm glad they don't haha. Thank you for making our visit a pleasure.

Stayed in this beautiful guesthouse for 2 nights, The host Alessandro did all he could to make us feel welcome, Spend more and get the suite with balcony you won't regret it we were sad when we had to leave will definitely come again if we come to Rome again

Overall a fantastic boutique hotel and I would have given this hotel a 5 star if it wasn't for the street noise. Location: Perfect spot near the Spagna metro station. It is very convenient for walking around many of the main tourists highlights. Room: The room we stayed in (I believe 103) was gorgeous. Tall ceilings and windows that looked out towards Trinita den Monti. The set up was nice, there was lots of space. The bed was large and comfortable. Hotel: This is a small, boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Alessandro went out of his way to check us in and the hotel was very clean. Cons: The main issue I had was the street noise that kept me up/woke me up. The windows are tall and old, so there are gaps that let in a lot of the noise. At various times during the night/early morning you'd hear delivery people or garbage trucks. For me a good night's sleep is most important at a hotel, and I think they could really benefit by upgrading their windows.

One would be hard pressed to find a better, more central location, and the balcony room (pictured) facing St Peters is large, well equipped and has a very comfortable double bed. Perfect for an extended stay. Bear in mind that this is not a hotel but more of a B & B (without the breakfast - there are many cafe/restaurant choices nearby) and you will not be disappointed. There is also a rather quirky system of access on first arrival so make sure you check your phone messages for access details on arrival in Rome.
